Ireland´s 環境 大臣 says 13 MEPs `swung 投票（する）´ to pass EU nature 法律
Ireland’s 輸送（する） and 環境 大臣 has said that the 投票（する）s of all 13 Irish MEPs were “批判的な” in passing a 重要な European Union (EU) nature 法案.
Eamon Ryan said Ireland had taken a very strong position in the European 会議 and in the European 議会, and that all Irish MEPs had “swung” the final 一致する.
The European 議会 supported the general 輪郭（を描く）s of the European （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 提案s in a かみそり-thin 324-312 投票（する）, with 12 棄権s.
EU’s Nature 復古／返還 法律 is a 重要な part of the EU’s European Green 取引，協定, which 捜し出すs to 設立する the world’s most ambitious 気候 and biodiversity 的s and make the 圏 the 全世界の point of 言及／関連 on all 気候 問題／発行するs.
As the European 議会, EU 会議 and （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 all now having 可決する・採択するd 提案s for the Nature 復古／返還 法律, 会談 are 推定する／予想するd to begin in September ーするために agree the final form that it will take.
“I’m 絶対 thrilled,” Green Party leader Mr Ryan told reporters in Dublin.
He said that when he spoke to the two Green Party MEPs on Wednesday morning, he thought the 投票（する） would not pass.
“The Irish 政府 was 部隊d and （疑いを）晴らす in our position at the European 会議, which had a very important 衝撃.
“And I have to say, I’d like to thank every one of the Irish MEPs who have supported it.
“This is not insignificant, those Irish 投票（する）s were 批判的な, those Irish 投票（する）s swung it.
“Those Irish MEPs got it over the line.
“If they 投票（する）d the other way, it would have been lost and I think it would have been a shock 権利 across Europe.”

The 計画（する）s 提案するd by the European （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 始める，決める binding 復古／返還 的s for 明確な／細部 habitats and 種類, with the 目的（とする） by 2030 to 回復する at least 20% of land and sea areas and all ecosystems in need of 復古／返還 by 2050.
The European 議会’s largest group the European People’s Party (EPP) had staunchly …に反対するd the 草案 法律.
Mr Ryan had 以前 勧めるd his 連合 同僚s in 罰金 Gael, who are members of the EPP group, to 投票（する） in favour of the 法律 ? which all five 罰金 Gael MEPs did.
罰金 Gael MEP Sean Kelly said that they did not believe the EPP’s approach to 拒絶する the text 完全な was 権利.
There is 批評 of the 提案 from both 環境の groups and those 代表するing 農業者s: BirdWatch Ireland said the 法律 had been 認可するd にもかかわらず an “前例のない and often 完全な absurd” 故意の誤報 （選挙などの）運動をする.

“There will be その上の 妥協s, I’m sure, and all sorts of 新たな展開s and turns in it, but it’s very （疑いを）晴らす now we will have a Nature 復古／返還 法律 by the end of this year, that’s of historic importance,” Mr Ryan said.
He 追加するd: “I don’t think it’ll change massively. I think a lot of those 妥協s in the 会議 交渉s with the （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 gave us the 柔軟性 we need.
“Had it fallen it would have been in a different position but it didn’t, 大部分は because of the Irish 投票（する）s.”
Ireland’s 大臣 for 遺産 and 選挙（人）の 改革（する） Malcolm Noonan said it was “a 広大な／多数の／重要な day for nature”.
He said that Wednesday’s 投票（する）, 連合させるd with last week’s 投票（する） in the Irish 議会 that 圧倒的に 支援するd the Nature 復古／返還 法律, meant “we can finally say that Ireland is ready to take 活動／戦闘 on 逆転するing biodiversity loss”.
“There is still a way to go before the final 法律 is 可決する・採択するd, but we have kept the Nature 復古／返還 法律 alive. Now we have to 確実にする it 繁栄するs,” he said.
