Amber Gibson had 傷害s 一貫した with 存在 strangled, 殺人 裁判，公判 told

Gemma Louise Kemp, a 顧問 法廷の 病理学者, 行為／行うd a 地位，任命する-mortem examination of 16-year-old Amber Gibson ? who also went by the surname Niven ? after her 団体／死体 was 設立する at Hamilton’s Cadzow Glen on November 28 2021.
Connor Gibson, 20, is 申し立てられた／疑わしい to have 強襲，強姦d and sexually 強襲，強姦d his teenage sister, 除去するing her 着せる／賦与するs and 繰り返して （打撃，刑罰などを）与えるing blunt 軍隊 外傷／ショック to her 長，率いる and 団体／死体 on November 26 2021.

At the High 法廷，裁判所 in Glasgow on Thursday, 支持する depute Richard Goddard showed a 報告（する）／憶測 収集するd by the 病理学者 which 公式文書，認めるd Ms Gibson’s ca use of death as “compression of the neck”.
Ms Kemp told the 法廷，裁判所 the 十代の少年少女 was discovered with 多重の bruises to the 前線 of her neck and scleral haemorrhages ? or broken 血 大型船s ? in her 注目する，もくろむs.
She said Ms Gibson’s 団体／死体 was “caked in mud” and had だいたい eight individual bruises to the 前線 of her neck while there were “重要な” 傷害s to her 長，率いる.
“These types of 傷害s are in keeping with 手動式の gripping such as 絞殺.”
Asked by Mr Goddard whether these 傷害s were enough to （判決などを）下す the 十代の少年少女 unconscious, Ms Kemp said: “Yes,” 追加するing: “Given the large area of 配当 it has to have been 多重の blows.”

He is （刑事）被告 of discovering Amber’s 団体／死体 between November 26 and 28 last year but instead of 警報ing police, he is 申し立てられた／疑わしい to have inappropriately touched her and 隠すd her 団体／死体.
Both men 否定する all 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s against them, with Corrigan’s defence スパイ／執行官 Rhonda Anderson submitting a special defence of アリバイ on his に代わって.
