Russia 停止（させる）s 取引，協定 許すing ウクライナ共和国 to ship 穀物 in blow to 全世界の food 安全
Russia has 停止（させる）d an 前例のない 戦時 取引，協定 that 許すs 穀物 to flow from ウクライナ共和国 to countries in Africa, the Middle East and Asia where hunger is a growing 脅し and high food prices have 押し進めるd more people into poverty.
Kremlin 広報担当者 Dmitry Peskov 発表するd the 取引，協定 would be 停止（させる）d in a 会議／協議会 call with reporters, 追加するing that Russia will return to the previous 手はず／準備 after its 需要・要求するs are met.

Simon Evenett, professor of international 貿易（する） and 経済的な 開発 at the University of St Gallen in Switzerland, said: “The 黒人／ボイコット Sea 取引，協定 is 絶対 批判的な for the food 安全 of a number of countries,” and its loss would 構内／化合物 the problems for those 直面するing high 負債 levels and 気候 fallout.
