Russia has 停止(させる)d an 前例のない 戦時 取引,協定 that 許すs 穀物 to flow from ウクライナ共和国 to countries in Africa, the Middle East and Asia where hunger is a growing 脅し and high food prices have 押し進めるd more people into poverty.
