Almost a million young adults yet to (人命などを)奪う,主張する their child 信用 基金s, MPs say

More than £1.7 billion in child 信用 基金s (CTFs) to help young people financially in 早期に adulthood has not yet been (人命などを)奪う,主張するd, a cross-party パネル盤 of MPs has said.

The Public Accounts 委員会 (PAC), which scrutinises 政府 spending, raised 関心s that many account 支えるもの/所有者s do not know about their 貯金 or have lost 跡をつける of them.

HM 歳入 & Customs (HMRC) must do more to find and 接触する those young people, many of whom are from low-income backgrounds, the MPs said.

They also said providers, which are 収入 “very high” 料金s of up to £100 million a year for passively managing CTFs mostly composed of 政府 money, are not doing enough to link up forgotten accounts with their owners.

Many children received around £250 each from the 明言する/公表する at the time their CTF was started, while those from low-income families or in 地元の 当局 care received an 付加 £250.
