Sunak: New North Sea licences `完全に 一貫した´ with UK 逮捕する-無 誓約（する）
Rishi Sunak has 主張するd that 認めるing more than a hundred new licences for oil and gas extraction in the North Sea was “完全に 一貫した” with the UK’s 逮捕する-無 かかわり合いs ? にもかかわらず 気候 選挙運動者s branding the move “wrongheaded”.
The 総理大臣 flew to Aberdeenshire to 発表する 政府 support for 未来 oil and gas licensing 一連の会議、交渉／完成するs, though he 辞退するd to say if the 議論の的になる Rosebank field to the west of Shetland would get the green light for 開発.
Mr Sunak also 確認するd 支援 for two その上の 炭素 逮捕（する） and 貯蔵 (CCS) 事業／計画（する）s, 含むing the Acorn 事業／計画（する） in Aberdeenshire.
This, and the Viking 事業／計画（する） in the?Humber, will become the third and fourth such 計画／陰謀s to get 政府 支援, with Mr Sunak 説 these would help see the? UK “スピード違反 our path to 逮捕する 無”.

With the 政府?供給するing up to £20 billion of 基金ing for 早期に （軍隊などの）展開，配備 of CCS, the 総理大臣 told how this was “new 科学（工学）技術 that Britain can lead the world in”, and he was “incredibly excited” abo ut it.

Mr Sunak said even then the UK would still need oil and gas for 25% of its energy needs, with the PM 説 he was 捜し出すing to “力／強力にする Britain from Britain” rather than the UK “relying on foreign 独裁者s” for its energy 供給（する）s.

Speaking about the need for oil and gas, the 総理大臣 said: “If we’re going to need it, far better to have it here at home rather than shipping it here from half way around the world with two, three, four times, the 量 of 炭素 放出／発行s versus the oil and gas we have here at home.
“So, it is 完全に 一貫した with our 計画（する）s to get to 逮捕する 無.”
With regulators at the North Sea 移行 当局 (NSTA) 現在／一般に running the 33rd 一連の会議、交渉／完成する of of fshore oil and gas licensing, more than 100 licences in total are 推定する／予想するd to be awarded from this autumn onward.

“認めるing hundreds of new oil and gas licences will 簡単に 注ぐ more 燃料 on the 炎上s, while doing nothing for energy 安全 as these 化石 燃料s will be sold on international markets and not reserved for UK use.”

The 選挙運動者 went on: “Talking up 炭素 逮捕（する） and 貯蔵 is an obvious 試みる／企てる to put a green gloss on the 総理大臣’s 告示.
“Even if it ever worked, which is ありそうもない in the 近づく 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語, CCS won’t 逮捕（する） all the 気候 汚染 原因（となる）d by 燃やすing 化石 燃料s or 演説（する）／住所 the 重要な 放出／発行s that are created when gas and oil is 抽出するd.”
However, energy 巨大（な） 爆撃する welcomed 支援 for the Acorn 事業／計画（する）, with Simon Roddy, 上級の 副／悪徳行為 大統領，／社長 of UK upstream 商売／仕事, 述べるing it as “an important step 今後 for one of the UK’s 主要な CCS clusters”.

“It makes 絶対 no sense to 減ずる our 依存 on 国内の oil and gas 生産／産物 only to 増加する 炭素 heavier 輸入するs from overseas and place in jeopardy tens of thousands of 職業s with would be both economically and environmentally counterproductive.
“We must proceed to 配達する a ?managed and just 移行 that 保護するs 職業s and encourages ?our oil and gas 産業 to make the 投資s 要求するd that will in turn help us 加速する toward new and green energies.”
Neil Gray, the Energy 長官 in the Scottish 政府, said 投資 in 炭素 逮捕（する） in Scotland was “long 延滞の”.
Mr Gray said: “The Scottish 政府 has been 勧めるing the UK 政府 to commit to 炭素 逮捕（する） 貯蔵 in Scotland for 井戸／弁護士席 over a １０年間, and today’s 告示 代表するs welcome, if long 延滞の, 承認 of the enormous 可能性のある of the Acorn 事業／計画（する） and the Scottish Cluster.”
However, he said the 焦点（を合わせる） should be on greener forms of energy than oil, 強調する／ストレスing the “enormous 適切な時期s 申し込む／申し出d by becoming a 逮捕する 無 economy” and Scotland’s “可能性のある as a renewables powerhouse”.
