Tory MSP 告発する／非難するs Sunak of bringing 環境 into `culture wars´
Scottish Tory MSP Maurice Golden has criticised the 総理大臣’s watering 負かす／撃墜する of 気候 誓約（する）s.
令状ing for the Times, the north east 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） MSP said the 告示s made last week from 負かす／撃墜するing Street were “regressive”.
Rishi Sunak said on Wednesday England would 延期する the 禁止（する） on new 石油 and ディーゼル cars by five years, moving the 的 from 2030 to 2035.

Mr Sunak was criticised by 環境の 行動主義者s, and some in his own party, に引き続いて the 負かす／撃墜するing Street 告示, which also saw him 弱める the 計画（する） to 段階 out gas boilers from 2035 ? so 世帯s that will struggle the most to switch to heat pumps will not have to make the change ? and 捨てる the 必要物／必要条件 for energy efficiency 昇格s to homes.
Scottish 逮捕する 無 長官 Mairi McAllan said the Scottish 政府 would be “緊急に” 査定する／（税金などを）課すing its own 気候 誓約（する）s as a result of the 告示.
令状ing in the newspaper, Mr Golden sai d: “I understand fully why it was done from a political 視野, but it’s a regressive move that isn’t only 損失ing environmentally but economically and socially too.
“It drags 逮捕する 無 into the 領土 of culture wars.
“The way the changes were でっちあげる，人を罪に陥れるd and 配達するd will polarise communities and create a binary 環境 where you’re either for 気候 change 率先s or against them.
“I thought we had moved past that years ago, not least when the UK showed かなりの ambition in becoming the world’s first big economy to 始める，決める its 逮捕する 無 的 in 法律.
“Seeing the pathway to that ambition 存在 watered 負かす／撃墜する is 深く，強烈に 残念な.”
The 転換, Mr Golden （人命などを）奪う，主張するd, “didn’t only annoy the green ロビー”, pointing to 商売／仕事s already in the 過程 of making changes to 会合，会う the 的s.

“It’s not a comfortable position for me to be criticising my own party on this 事柄.
“But the 気候 危機 is far bigger than any of that, and it’s imperative that 政府s in both Edinburgh and London start doing かなり better.”
Mr Golden also criticised the Scottish 政府, 告発する／非難するing it of making “a mess of a 一連の other 気候 change 率先s, such as 施行するd 交替／補充 of boilers and a despicably poor 組織／基盤／下部構造 of electric 乗り物 非難する points”.
He 追加するd: “They failed on biodiversity, woodland cre ation, green 職業s and, worst of all, the 創造 of a 本物の circular economy that could be 価値（がある） £3 billion to Scotland.
“So let’s not take any lessons from the SNP when it comes to the UK 政府’s 逮捕する 無 approach.”
Fellow Scottish Tory MSP Murdo Fraser 説 on X, 以前は Twitter, he “fundamentally 同意しないs” with Mr Golden on the 問題／発行する, but 追加するd that “at least in @ScotTories our MSPs are permitted to dissent from the Party line without 直面するing 許可／制裁s”.
