Families 勧める 調査 to 供給する `truth´ about British special 軍隊s 殺人，大当りs
Families who 主張する unlawful 殺人，大当りs by British special 軍隊s in Afghanistan have called on an 独立した・無所属 調査 to “供給する us with the truth”.
The 調査, which is 始める，決める to begin its 事実 審理，公聴会s at the 王室の 法廷，裁判所s of 司法（官） on Monday, is 予定 to 焦点（を合わせる） on 申し立てられた／疑わしい 違法な activity by special 軍隊s in the war-torn nation between 2010 and 2013.
The 調査（する） will look at 主張s that “非常に／多数の” 殺人，大当りs were carried out, 同様に as the 申し立てられた／疑わしい cover-up of 違法な activity and 不十分な 調査s by the 王室の 軍の Police (RMP).
The 調査 will be 議長，司会を務めるd by Lord 司法（官） Haddon-洞穴 (Jonathan Brady/PA)
It was 開始する，打ち上げるd in the wake of 合法的な challenges to the 政府 by Leigh Day solicitors on に代わって of the Saifullah and Noorzai families, 同様に as a number of 重要な マスコミ 調査s.
One member of the Saifullah family said since a （警察の）手入れ，急襲 by British 軍隊s, they are “having nightmares and dreams filled with difficulties”.
Ahead of counsel’s 開始 submissi ons to the 調査, they said: “On February 16 2011, as a consequence of a night （警察の）手入れ，急襲 on our house by the British 軍隊s, my father, Haji Abdul Khaliq, my two brothers, Sadam Hussein and Atta Ullah, and my cousin, Ahmad Shah, were killed.
“Before their 殺人，大当りs, our family had a very beautiful life. This was a very difficult, saddening and painful night.
“Since this （警察の）手入れ，急襲 by the British 軍隊s on our house, we have lost our normal sleep and are having nightmares and dreams filled with difficulties.
“When this 出来事/事件 took place, we lost everything.
“My family and I request the 調査 team to 供給する us with the truth and explain to us why and on what basis we had to go through this cruelty.”
The 調査（する） is now 始める，決める to hear submissions on に代わって of the families of 33 people, 含むing eight children, who were 恐らく killed by special 軍隊s.
Mansour Aziz has called on the 調査 to listen to two children who were 恐らく 厳しく 負傷させるd by British 軍隊s during a night （警察の）手入れ，急襲 on his family home on August 6 2012.
He said: “In 2012, our house was （警察の）手入れ，急襲d by foreigners and my brother and sister-in-法律 were killed and their two children 厳しく 負傷させるd whilst they were sleeping in their bed.
“We want to know the truth and why it was our house that was （警察の）手入れ，急襲d.
“We are asking for the 法廷，裁判所 to listen to these children and bring 司法（官）.”
Two RMP 調査s, codenamed 操作／手術 Northmoor and 操作／手術 Cestro, are 始める，決める to be sc rutinised by the 調査.
No 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s were brought under 操作／手術 Northmoor ? a £10 million 調査 which was 始める，決める up in 2014 to 診察する 主張s of 死刑執行s by special 軍隊s, 含むing those of children.
操作／手術 Cestro saw three 兵士s referred to the Service 起訴するing 当局, but 非，不，無 were 起訴するd.
Leigh Day partner Tessa Gregory said the families 伴う／関わるd in the 調査（する） hope it will “fearlessly 暴露する the truth of the death of their loved ones.”
She said: “Our （弁護士の）依頼人s hope that the 開始 of this 調査 示すs the end of ‘the 塀で囲む of silence’ and obstruction that has 直面するd them over the last １０年間.
“The （死が）奪い去るd families look to the 調査 to fearlessly 暴露する the truth of the deaths of their loved ones and to 確実にする that those responsible are held to account.
“Proper accountability must 伴う／関わる those at a 上級の level in the 武装した 軍隊s and in 政府 who are 責任がある the 管理／経営 and oversight of our most エリート 軍隊s.”
The 独立した・無所属 statutory 調査 was （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限d by then-defence 長官 Ben Wallace under the 2005 調査s 行為／法令／行動する.
A 省 of Defence (MoD) 広報担当者 said: “The MoD is fully committed to supporting the 調査 as it continues its work.
“It is not appropriate for us to comment on 主張s which may be within the 範囲 of the statutory 調査 and it is up to the statutory 調査 team, led by Lord 司法（官） Haddon-洞穴, to 決定する which 主張s are 調査／捜査するd.”
