Husband 刑務所,拘置所d for life for 殺人 of university lecturer wife in knife attack

A husband who stabbed his university lecturer wife to death in a “jealous 激怒(する)” has been 刑務所,拘置所d for life with a 最小限 称する,呼ぶ/期間/用語 of 25 years for her 殺人.

裁判官 Christopher Morgan said the 被告 stabbed Dr Castelvedere in a “jealous 激怒(する)”.

“I’m 満足させるd the offence occurred because you couldn’t 受託する the 自治 of Antonella,” he told Ersoy.

“I use that firstly within the marriage and secondly within her work life.”

He 宣告,判決d Ersoy to life in 刑務所,拘置所 with a 最小限 称する,呼ぶ/期間/用語 of 25 years, which the 被告 must serve before he can be considered for 解放(する).

The 裁判官 said he “cannot be sure of the 正確な circumstances” of the stabbing.

But he said he was “sure that (Ersoy) entered that kitchen and 直面するd her in a manner that you knew was likely to upset her, make her angry and 刺激する a 返答”.

He continued: “She was no 脅し to you when you ended her life in the most 残虐な fashion by cutting her throat.”

Mr Paxton had told Ersoy’s 裁判,公判: “In short and simple 条件, we the 起訴 say it was this 被告’s 怒り/怒る, jealousy and his failings that led to him 殺人,大当り his wife.”

Mr Paxton said?Ersoy, also a lecturer and teaching fellow, had called 緊急 services and went out into the street and called for help after stabbing his wife.

Ersoy 否定するd his wife’s 殺人 but was 設立する 有罪の に引き続いて a 裁判,公判.

He said that Ersoy had stabbed his wife “繰り返して”.
