Sinn Fein to (米)棚上げする/(英)提議する no-信用/信任 動議 in 法務大臣 に引き続いて 暴動s

Sinn Fein is to (米)棚上げする/(英)提議する a no-信用/信任 動議 in 法務大臣 Helen McEntee next Tuesday に引き続いて 暴動s in Dublin last Thursday.

Sinn Fein leader Mary Lou McDonald said there needed to be accountability for the “壊滅的な 失敗” to keep people 安全な.

Tens of millions of euro 価値(がある) of 損失 was done to public 組織/基盤/下部構造 after disorder in the Irish 資本/首都 that saw buses, trams and Garda cars on O’Connell Street 始める,決める on 解雇する/砲火/射撃 and shops on Henry Street 略奪するd.

率直に, people are sick of all of this. They're sick of feeling 危険な
Mary Lou McDonald

Ms McDonald said a 欠如(する) of Garda members and 政府 inaction had resulted in people feeling いっそう少なく 安全な in the city, 同様に as in other parts of the country.

“率直に, people are sick of all of this. They’re sick of feeling 危険な. They’re sick of the 仮定/引き受けること that that feeling of 存在 危険な is 承認する, because it’s in the north inner city. That’s not good enough.”

She said that those who 投票(する) 信用/信任 in Ms McEntee would have very serious questions to answer outside the Dail 議会.

“I fail to see how anybody could credibly or 公正に/かなり go to their community, to their 選挙区/有権者, and say that they have 信用/信任 in the 大臣 for 司法(官) given what transpired on Thursday.”

She said she still had no 信用/信任 in Garda Commissioner Drew Harris, but 追加するd that the Dail had a direct 役割 in 持つ/拘留するing the 大臣 to account.

“I think the fact that the 大臣 herself has not questioned the Garda Commissioner 論証するs the 欠如(する) of leadership, the 崩壊(する) of leadership, and the 欠如(する) of direction more 一般に. So our 動議 is 焦点(を合わせる)d on the 大臣.”

Asked if (米)棚上げする/(英)提議するing the 動議 would play into the 手渡すs of those who organised demonstrations that に先行するd 暴動s in Dublin, Ms McDonald said it was “not playing into anyone’s 手渡すs”.

When Sinn Fein TD Pa Daly was asked if they had any chance of winning the 投票(する), he answered in Irish that that was not the point, and that the party 手配中の,お尋ね者 to stand up for communities in the inner city.

I was 現実に 負かす/撃墜する on the scene about half past three, I think, and at that point, it was very, very (疑いを)晴らす to everybody who was there that things felt 脅迫的な, and the things were going to get very, very ugly
Mary Lou McDonald

Speaking to reporters at Leinster House, Ms McDonald said: “The 推論する/理由 why things got out of 手渡す in Dublin City Centre was because there was a 欠如(する) of leadership.

“It was an 操作の 失敗, but it was also a political 失敗.

“I was 現実に 負かす/撃墜する on the scene about half past three, I think, and at that point, it was very, very (疑いを)晴らす to everybody who was there that things felt 脅迫的な, and the things were going to get very, very ugly.

“And for 推論する/理由s that I cannot explain, 決定/判定勝ち(する)s were not taken 早期に in the afternoon and into the evening to 含む/封じ込める the 状況/情勢. That did not happen.

“When all of that happened, Helen McEntee was in 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金; the Garda Commissioner was in 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金 but Helen McEntee, she was the 大臣.

“Where was she? Where was she? Why was there not the 訂正する and proper 返答? That has happened on her watch.”

She 追加するd: “I’m really, really 関心d for people 権利 across the country at this point in time because I’m very, very conscious that in many different ways, people don’t feel 安全な.

“I think it’s all the more real if you’re a person of colour. If you are a migrant here, I think there is a real 恐れる. And I think we all need to collectively catch breath and take a step 支援する and 高く評価する/(相場などが)上がる that we all live here together.”

Asked about anti-移民/移住 抗議するs, Ms McDonald said one element “is just filled with vitriol” but the “広大な 大多数 of people are decent and generous”.

“But they 推定する/予想する the conversation to be had with them, and that hasn’t happened. In fact, if I would identify one of the major 欠陥s in the approach by 政府, I think it’s that,” she said.

“We’ve said it time and again: they make some 成果/努力 at that now but in many 事例/患者s, it’s very, very little and it’s too la te.”
