What will happen to the Plymouth 爆弾 and why has it only been 設立する now?

A major 避難/引き上げ is 進行中で in Plymouth after an unexploded 爆弾, which is 推定する/予想するd to date from the Second World War, was discovered in a garden.

Devon and Cornwall Police were called on Tuesday morning to St Michael Avenue in the Keyham area of the city where they made the unusual 発見.

? How 不正に was the area 的d during World War Two?

St Michael Avenue lies around 800m west of the HMNB Devonport, which were a major Luftwaffe 的 during the war, によれば 1st Line Defence, a company which manages 危険s 提起する/ポーズをとるd by unexploded 爆弾s.
