BROAD: LET'S GET BEHIND COOK
Stuart 幅の広い is calling on his England team-mates to give captain Alastair Cook all the support he needs and deserves - by producing their best out in the middle.
Cook will begin the five-match Investec 実験（する） series against India in Nottingham on Wednesday under 圧力 after his run of 24 innings without a century at the highest level, and with no victory since the end of last summer's Ashes.
Subsquent 敗北・負かすs, 5-0 in the rematch 負かす／撃墜する Under and then 1-0 to Sri Lanka at the start of England's new 時代, have fuelled the 解雇する／砲火／射撃 for those tempted to join the 批評 of Cook.

Cook's captaincy was again questioned in an agonising 敗北・負かす at Headingley, where James Anderson was last out to the penultimate ball of a match which saw England lose to Sri Lanka.

"A captain is only as good as the players he's got.
