ZOO MONITORS PANDA FOR PREGNANCY
The UK's only 女性（の） 巨大（な） panda has conceived but is not yet technically 妊娠している, zoo bosses have 発表するd.
Tian Tian was artificially inseminated in April after she and her ーするつもりであるd partner Yang Guang failed to mate 自然に.
Edinburgh Zoo said that while 実験（する）s 示す she has conceived, it is not yet known whether she is 妊娠している as the embryo is not implanted into the womb すぐに in pandas.
If all goes 井戸／弁護士席, Tian Tian could become 妊娠している in 20 to 30 days and give birth in late August.
Iain Valentine, director of 巨大（な） pandas for the 王室の Zoological Society of Scotland, said: "It is still way too 早期に to make any 最終的な 予測s. 実験（する）s do 示す that Tian Tian has conceived, but not that she is 妊娠している.

Their hopes of a pregnancy follow last year's 失望 when the pair did not mate. Although Tian Tian was artificially inseminated, she lost her foetus at late 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語.
Tian Tian (Sweetie) and Yang Guang (日光) are the first 巨大（な） pandas to live in the UK for 17 years.
The animals, now both 老年の 10, arrived on 貸付金 from 中国 in December 2011 and will remain at Edinburgh Zoo for a １０年間.

The panda gestation period is typically five months and one or two cubs will be born.
