MAN KILLED BY HERBICIDE 'DIET AID'
A man died after drinking a 有毒な 除草剤 which was sold to him as a 負わせる loss 援助（する）, a 法廷，裁判所 heard today.
Sean Cleathero, 28, was advised to 解散させる a sachet of the 麻薬 Dinitrophenol (DNP) in water before he drank the concoction at a gym in Buckinghamshire.
Jamie Chivers, 44, Jason King, 41, and Peter Purkins, 47, are on 裁判，公判 at the Old Bailey over the 28-year-old's 過失致死 on October 16 2012. They 否定する the 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金.
The 法廷，裁判所 heard they were 伴う／関わるd in two 商売／仕事s in High Wycombe - Precision 研究室／実験室s where the 麻薬 was produced, and Apollo Fitness where Mr Cleathero collected it on the day of his death.
The 犠牲者 ordered the 麻薬 in 砕く form from Purkins because he said tablets he had before were not working, the 法廷，裁判所 heard.
Chivers then dropped it off at the gym and King 手渡すd it over from behind the 反対する, advising him to 解散させる it in a beaker of water before drinking, the 起訴 said.
The 陪審／陪審員団 was shown CCTV （映画の）フィート数 from the gym showing the 犠牲者 drinking the 有望な yellow liquid and then start to sweat.
検察官，検事 John Price QC said: "The minute he drank the contents of that glass he was a dead man because there is no antidote for what he 消費するd."
"He could not stop sweating even long after he had finished his workout and he was starting to struggle to breathe."
An 救急車 was called and Mr Cleathero was taken to Wycombe Hospital where he died in 集中的な care eight hours after he took the 毒（薬）.
A 地位，任命する mortem examination showed the 原因（となる） of death was 毒（薬）ing by DNP. His 気温 had 急に上がるd to 42 degrees, the 法廷，裁判所 heard.
Mr Price told 賠審員s: "The 起訴 事例／患者 is that this 実体 was 供給（する）d to him for his personal 消費 as an 援助（する） to his 負わせる loss."
He said the gym had "all the 外見 of 存在 a professional, 井戸／弁護士席 run and 合法的 操作／手術" but that was just "a veneer".
Mr Price told 賠審員s that DNP was not a controlled 麻薬 and had a 合法的 use as an insecticide or 除草剤.
But he 追加するd that it was not fit for human 消費 and to swallow it was to take a 毒（薬）.
"にもかかわらず that, it never the いっそう少なく has a long history of misuse by humans as what is called a fat burner, as the 指名する 暗示するs those who take it do so to 補助装置 in an 試みる／企てる to lose 負わせる," he said.
Mr Price said Purkins, King and Chivers were 伴う／関わるd in the 生産／産物 and 供給（する） of DNP to the public for personal 消費 and they would have known "the truth of it".
Nine years before Mr Cleathero died, the Food 基準s 機関 had advised that DNP was "極端に dangerous to human health" に引き続いて an 出来事/事件 in Finland, the 陪審／陪審員団 was told.
Chivers, of Spring Gardens Road, High Wycombe; Purkins, of Heather Walk, Hazlemere, and King, of Hazell Road, Prestwood, 広大な／多数の／重要な Missenden along with Laura Hague, 23, of Orchard Grove, Chalfont St Peter, 否定する 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s of producing and 供給（する）ing anabolic steroids.
King and Hague also 否定する perverting the course of 司法（官） by 除去するing 罪を負わせるing 証拠 after Mr Cleathero's death.
The 法廷，裁判所 was told Chivers has already 認める perverting the course of 司法（官） after he "forgot" to 削除する CCTV （映画の）フィート数 showing him 削除するing 罪を負わせるing （映画の）フィート数 from earlier in the week.
Purkins is not （刑事）被告 over the 申し立てられた／疑わしい cover up.
