CHANNEL FINED OVER GRAPHIC CONTENT
A 放送者 has been 罰金d £100,000 by Ofcom for 審査 graphic depictions of "extreme 暴力／激しさ" 含むing 拷問, a child 殺人 and dismemberment of a 死体 with a circular saw hours before the watershed.
The scenes, 審査するd in the morning and afternoon during school holidays, were shown over several days by the 調査 発見 channel last year.
課すing the 財政上の 刑罰，罰則 on 発見 Communications Europe, TV regulator Ofcom said the 違反s of its programme code were "露骨な／あからさまの and repeated over a period of five days".
The 放送者 has also been ordered to broadcast a 声明 about the findings.
The （映画の）フィート数 featured in a 文書の series called Deadly Women, which 診察するs real-life 殺人 事例／患者s, with eight of the 60-minute episodes 設立する to have 違反d broadcasting 支配するs.
In its 報告（する）／憶測 published today, Ofcom said the programmes 含む／封じ込めるd "長引かせるd and 乱すing 再建s of 拷問, mutilation and 殺人".

:: Attacks on individuals with 大打撃を与えるs and knives, electrocutions and whippings;
:: The 殺人 of a six-year old boy through （警官の）巡回区域，受持ち区域ing by his mother and her boyfriend;
:: A dramatised image and …を伴ってing 言葉の description of an eyeball rolling across the 床に打ち倒す after a 犠牲者 was attacked;
:: The dismemberment of a 死体 with a circular saw.
Ofcom sai d the sequences were "高度に likely to have 原因（となる）d 苦しめる to any children in the audience".
And it pointed out that the 審査s in August of last year 示すd a 失敗 by the 会社／堅い "to 確実にする that it had 強健な 同意／服従 手続きs in place".
発見 apologised "unreservedly" and 受託するd that it was a "重要な" 違反 of the programme code. It said it has since 改善するd its 同意／服従 手続きs.
Ofcom 課すs 財政上の 刑罰，罰則s when it considers the 放送者 has "本気で, deliberately, 繰り返して or recklessly 違反d" its 必要物／必要条件s.
