MCDERMOTT: HARDAKER IS MOTIVATED
物陰／風下d 十分な-支援する Zak Hardaker will be a man on a 使節団 when he makes his return from a five-match 禁止（する） in Thursday night's 最高の League derby with Castleford.
The 22-year-old was banished for making homophobic comments to a 審判（をする） during a match at Warrington in May, but 論証するd his penance by taking a coaching 開会／開廷／会期 at a Manchester-based gay rugby league team during his 中断.
"It's been 堅い for him," 物陰／風下d coach Brian McDermott said. "He hasn't enjoyed any of it. But realised he made an error and he's got on with it.
"He's done some work in the community and by 招待 he went over to the Canalsiders, who are a gay and lesbian team. Zak and myself went over to coach them and we had a 広大な／多数の／重要な evening. We had a good laugh and a craic.
"We went over there with a fair 量 of humility but we enjoyed it."
It was the second time in seven months that Hardaker was 誘発するd to 問題／発行する a public 陳謝.
He was thrown out of the England （軍の）野営地，陣営 during the 2013 World Cup for a 違反 of discipline, but 答える／応じるd by producing the best form of his career for his club to earn a 解任する to the international squad.
And McDermott is 推定する／予想するing a 類似の reaction this time.
"I think he's got more of an incentive now after the England episode," the coach said.
"That was a 堅い call on Zak and he had a long time to wait before he could do anything about it. He had all pre-season and he lost his holiday.
"But he was one of if not the best 十分な-支援する in the world before he got 一時停止するd, and his incentive is to get 支援する to that form. That's a good carrot dangling in 前線 of him."
Hardaker is a straight 交替／補充 for Ben Jones-Bishop, who has been 保証するd by McDermott that he still has a 役割 to play for the Rhinos before he moves to Salford at the end of the season.
"Bish got a bang on his 膝 but he would be okay to play," McDermott said. "He 手配中の，お尋ね者 to play so I've had a 窮地 and told him I'm going to play Zak.
"It was a 堅い call to make because Bish has been in good form. He's not happy and I don't 推定する／予想する him to be, but that's not to say he's not going to feature again this year. I'm sure he'll play some part before the end of the year."
McDermott is keen to field his strongest 味方する for the most 熱望して-心配するd derby for years. It could also be a dress rehearsal for next month's Challenge Cup final.

"It was a 堅い game against them earlier in the year. We regard that as one of our good 勝利，勝つs of the season."
Even Castleford coach Daryl Powell has been surprised by his team's 業績／成果s this year.
