LABOUR WINS COMMONS VOTE ON OBR
労働 has won a 行う／開催する／段階d ありふれたs 投票（する） on 許すing the Office for 予算 責任／義務 (OBR) to 実験（する） the 信用性 of its 経済的な 計画（する）s on Michael Gove's first day as 長，指導者 whip.

Ms McGovern, the 労働 MP for Wirral South, said 許すing the OBR to run a 支配する over 労働's 計画（する）s would be a "modest change" but one which would 申し込む／申し出 a "重要な" 利益 to 投票者s in understanding the political 審議.

In her speech, Ms McGovern said: "This 法案 would 許す the OBR to 独立して audit 税金 and spending 対策 in the manifestos of the main 政党s.
"I think this would 供給する 堅い and serious scrutiny for all 政党s.
"In years gone by, 経済的な 予測（する）ing 借りがあるd more to it 存在 an art than a science but the 革新 of the OBR has done much to 改善する the transparency and the manner in which 経済的なs is discussed and 審議d in this place.
"This 法案 would build on that 改革（する） and 改善する the way the OBR is able to 与える／捧げる to our democratic 審議 about our economy."
Ms McGovern said the change would be 類似の to that used in several other countries, 含むing Australia and the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs.
