JUNCKER COMMENTS VERY IMPORTANT: PM

David Cameron's comments (機の)カム after former Lib Dem leader Charles Kennedy raised the 問題/発行する during PMQs, arguing "shouldn't the Scots 投票者s 耐える those words in mind?"

"But I will take him up on one point, he says that we're not going to 会合,会う again before the Scottish 国民投票.

But the BBC last night 報告(する)/憶測d that Mr Juncker's spokeswoman said he was not referring to Scotland in his comments.

The Scottish 政府 has 持続するd that the 条件 of Scotland's EU 会員の地位 as an 独立した・無所属 明言する/公表する would be agreed during the 18-month 移行 period に引き続いて the September 投票(する).

It said Scotland was already part of the EU, and therefore already met all the 必要物/必要条件s for 会員の地位.
