JAYDEN MURDER TRIAL JURY RETIRES
A 陪審／陪審員団 in the 裁判，公判 of a man （刑事）被告 of 殺人ing his teenage 妊娠している ex-girlfriend has retired to consider its 判決.
Jayden Parkinson, 17, died at the 手渡すs of her violent and controlling ex-partner Ben Blakeley, 22, in the countryside 近づく Didcot, Oxfordshire, on December 3 last year - 24 hours after she told him she was 推定する／予想するing his child.
Blakeley, of Christchurch Road, Reading, Berkshire, 収容する／認めるs the 過失致死 of the 十代の少年少女 but 否定するs her 殺人.

The 法廷，裁判所 has heard how, after strangling the 十代の少年少女, the former binman enlisted the help of his brother to bury Jayden's 団体／死体 in their uncle's 墓／厳粛／彫る／重大な at All Saints' Church in Didcot, Oxfordshire.
裁判官 Patrick Eccles QC told the パネル盤 of six men and six women: "You need to choose one of you to be foreman or forewoman. You then will 審議する／熟考する and you will have as long as you need.
"Your 判決s in this 事例／患者 both in relation to Ben Blakeley and Jake Blakeley must be 判決s on which you are all agreed, they must be 全員一致の."
Earlier he told them to "put out of their minds" any sympathy or compassion they have for Jayden.
He said the 陪審／陪審員団 must carefully 査定する／（税金などを）課す the 証拠 from each 証言，証人／目撃する and decide whether they felt it was a truthful and reliable accoun t before returning 判決s.
"It is for you to make that 決定／判定勝ち（する）, it is your 責任／義務," the 裁判官 said.
"You are here to make those 決定／判定勝ち（する）s where a young woman 老年の only 17 died, and died on any 見解（をとる） unlawfully, at the 手渡すs of Ben Blakeley.
"You must put out of your minds any sympathy or compassion you have for Jayden and her family and you must put out of your minds any sympathy to Ben Blakeley for the 堅い しつけ he had.
"It is for the 起訴 to 証明する the 犯罪 of the 被告s - they do not have to 証明する their innocence in any way at all.
