While the political 指導基準s 問題/発行するd by Mr Juncker do not 言及する 特に to Scotland, he said the EU needs "to take a break from enlargement" to 強固にする/合併する/制圧する its 業績/成就s.

He 追加するd: "This is why, under my 大統領/総裁などの地位 of the (売買)手数料,委託(する)/委員会/権限, 現在進行中の 交渉s will continue, and 顕著に the Western Balkans will need to keep a European 視野, but no その上の enlargement will take place over the next five years."

Mr Cameron told MPs at 総理大臣's Questions today that he "wholeheartedly" agreed with Mr Juncker's 発言/述べるs.

He said: "It is noticeable what he said that there wouldn't be new members joining the European Union in the next five years and I think that is very important in the 状況 of the Scottish 国民投票 審議."

SNP Westminster leader Angus Robertson later called on the 総理大臣 to "訂正する the 記録,記録的な/記録する" in the House of ありふれたs, "身を引く the 偽の 主張s and apologise to the 議会".

Mr Robertson said: "It took a phone call to Mr Juncker's office from the BBC yesterday to 設立する that he was not referring to Scotland. Simple as that. To continue repeating and repeating the 主張 that it does does not make it true - although that has become a hallmark of the No (選挙などの)運動をする's 戦略.

"The No (選挙などの)運動をする are 明確に 有罪の of distorting the newly-elected European (売買)手数料,委託(する)/委員会/権限 大統領,/社長's words to 控訴 their ends - which is in itself a very serious 事柄 - and we have also asked them to 身を引く these 偽の 主張s and apologise."

Ms Sturgeon wrote to former (ドイツなどの)首相/(大学の)学長 Alistair Darling, the leader of the cross-party Better Together (選挙などの)運動をする, calling on him to "身を引く the No (選挙などの)運動をする's 誤った (人命などを)奪う,主張するs about Scotland's 未来 in Europe".

She 主張するd: "Better Together's 主張s about what the new 大統領,/社長 of the European (売買)手数料,委託(する)/委員会/権限 has said ーに関して/ーの点でs of European Union enlargement are demonstrably 誤った.

"Your (選挙などの)運動をする deliberately misinterpreted those 発言/述べるs by 問題/発行するing a 声明 (人命などを)奪う,主張するing that Mr Juncker had 示唆するd an 独立した・無所属 Scotland will not continue in EU 会員の地位.

"That (人命などを)奪う,主張する - as Mr Juncker's office have now made 完全に (疑いを)晴らす - was 全く without 創立/基礎.

"にもかかわらず that 解明 - from the very 最高の,を越す of the EU - Better Together's website continues to carry 偽の (人命などを)奪う,主張するs and 誤った 主張s, blatantly misrepresenting Mr Juncker."

She argued that "this 露骨な/あからさまの dishonesty is a major blow to the 信用性 of t he No (選挙などの)運動をする", and (刑事)被告 Better Together of 存在 "有罪の of grossly distorting 発言/述べるs by the newly-elected 大統領,/社長 of the European (売買)手数料,委託(する)/委員会/権限, which is an 極端に serious 事柄".

A 広報担当者 for Better Together said: "大統領 Juncker's comments lay 明らかにする the 十分な extent of the problems we would 直面する if we left the UK. The countries who have already started the 使用/適用 過程 to join the EU 直面する a five-year wait. As 大統領 Juncker has made perfectly (疑いを)晴らす 以前, if we leave the UK, we would then have to start the 使用/適用 過程 to join.

"How long that 過程 would take and what 条件s would be 大(公)使館員d is anyone's guess."
