CLEARER 'REVENGE PORN' LAWS URGED
解明 is needed on the 法律 around "復讐 porn" and when it could lead to a 起訴, a 委員会 of peers has said.

Last week 法務大臣 Lord Faulks 認める that 復讐 pornography was a growing problem and said the 政府 was 緊急に considering the 可能性 of new 法律s to 取り組む it.
And now the House of Lords Communications 委員会, in a review of the 法律s on social マスコミ 罪，犯罪, has called on the Director of Public 起訴s to 明らかにする when the practice becomes a 犯罪の offence.
In the 調査 報告（する）／憶測 they said: "We would welcome 解明 from the Director of Public 起訴s as to the circumstances in which an indecent communication could and should be 支配する to 起訴 under Section 127 of the Communications 行為／法令／行動する 2003 or Section 1 of the Malicious Communications 行為／法令／行動する 1988."
