"I don't think that is 権利. What is 権利 is that we have sought to work with our partners in the European Union to understand the best way of 配達するing a 削減 in 移民/移住 numbers from the EU in to the UK," Mr Hammond told the BBC 無線で通信する 4 Today programme.
