Russia '直面するs 増加するd 許可/制裁s'
Relations with Vladimir Putin's Russia could be "prickly" for many years, Philip Hammond said as he 警告するd that 重要な その上の 許可/制裁s could be 課すd unless Moscow がまんするd by the 条件 of the ウクライナ共和国 停戦.
The Foreign 長官 said under Mr Putin Russia had moved from 存在 a partner of the West to seeing Europe as an "adversary".

"It doesn't any longer see us as partners, it sees us as competitors or even adversaries and that means that we are going to have a difficult, prickly 関係 with Russia probably for some time to come."
"We don't think there can be a 軍の 決意/決議 to this 危機. The 不平等 between the size of the Ukrainian 武装した 軍隊s and the ロシアの 武装した 軍隊s doesn't make that a sensible way to go.
"We have to 主張する that the 支配するs-based system which says very 明確に that you can't change international 境界s by 軍隊, is 保護するd."
Although Mr Hammond said it was (疑いを)晴らす that "we are not going to fight the ロシアのs in ウクライナ共和国", the UK was 供給するing support to Kiev.
"We are 供給するing training, we are 供給するing technical support, we 供給する them with 非,不,無-lethal 器具/備品," he said.
"We have said that we will keep this under review."
He said that under the peace 計画(する) agreed in Minsk, Moscow has committed to 手渡すing 支援する 支配(する)/統制する of all of ウクライナ共和国's 領土, 含むing the 国境 with Russia, by the end of this year.
"We have to 持つ/拘留する them to that. If that doesn't happen Russia can 推定する/予想する the 気温 to be turned up 意味ありげに," he said.
