Anti-terror 戦略 '有毒な brand'
The 政府's anti-radicalisation 戦略 has become a "有毒な brand", a イスラム教徒 former police 長，指導者 has （人命などを）奪う，主張するd.
Dal Babu said most イスラム教徒s are 怪しげな of the 妨げる 計画／陰謀 and see it as something used for 秘かに調査するing on them.
The former 長，指導者 superintendent, who retired from the 主要都市の Police in 2013, said the 軍隊's 反対する-テロ行為 命令（する） was "事実上 all white" and there was a "欠如（する） of knowledge" の中で officers around race and 約束 問題／発行するs.

With an 年次の 予算 of £40 million, 妨げる is one of four 立ち往生させるs of Contest, the acronym given to the 政府's multi-pronged 反対する-テロ行為 戦略.
But the programme, which is 目的（とする）d at stopping people becoming テロリストs, has come under the スポットライト after hundreds of Britons are believed to travelled to Syria to join Islamic 明言する／公表する (IS), 含むing three London schoolgirls who fled the UK last month.
Mr Babu, who was chairman of the 協会 of イスラム教徒 Officers within the Met, said: "There's been a lot of 関心 about the 妨げる 戦略 in the イスラム教徒 community over the last few years.
"妨げる was bought in with good 意向s but over the years it has 疎遠にするd the イスラム教徒 community who see it as 秘かに調査するing.
"It's a 有毒な brand in the same way the Big Society idea was brought in but we don't about hear about it much any more. "
Mr Babu called for "greater 多様制" in 保護（する）／緊急輸入制限ing boards 目的（とする）d at 保護するing children and の中で 上級の police 人物／姿／数字s.
"It's 事実上 all white in the 反対する-テロ行為 命令（する）," he said
" There's a 欠如（する） of 多様制 in the police and, 平等に important, a 欠如（する） of 多様制 in children's services. I'm not aware of a 選び出す／独身 民族の 少数，小数派 director of children's services or 独立した・無所属 議長，司会を務める of a 保護（する）／緊急輸入制限ing board."
Last year it was 明らかにする／漏らすd that 反対する-terror officers had received 77 報告（する）／憶測s from families through the 妨げる programme, some of which enabled police to catch aspiring テロリストs.
長，指導者 Constable Sir Peter Fahy, 国家の policing lead for 妨げる, defended the 計画／陰謀 and said parents must take 責任／義務 for 確実にするing their children do not become radicalised.
"Over the past year a number of イスラム教徒 leaders have recognised that they need to give a stronger message against extremism a nd against travel to Syria," he said.
"極端論者 発言する／表明するs have been 許すd to fill spaces in the マスコミ too 定期的に and this misrepresents the 広大な 大多数 of イスラム教徒s who are committed to British values.
"The prime 責任／義務 for stopping young people thinking of travelling to Syria or other warzones must be with their families and carers, who know them and are able to 位置／汚点／見つけ出す the 早期に 調印するs of radicalisation.
"I understand it is a difficult challenge for parents between 許すing freedom and 保護するing young people from harmful 構成要素 on the internet but the 責任／義務 cannot be transferred to schools and the police."
Sir Peter said it would "明白に help" to have more イスラム教徒s working in the police but officers on the 妨げる programme had developed an "広範囲にわたる knowledge of 少数，小数派 groups and the different facets of the イスラム教徒 宗教".

"This 政府 fundamentally 改訂するd the 妨げる 戦略 in 2011 to 確実にする it challenges テロリスト ideology, supports people who are 攻撃を受けやすい to 存在 drawn into テロ行為 and 作品 with 部門s and 会・原則s where there are 危険s of radicalisation.
"Most importantly, we changed 妨げる's 客観的なs so it also 取引，協定s with 非，不，無-violent extremism."
He 追加するd that the Home Office wa s 製図／抽選 up a new 戦略 which 取引，協定s with "the whole spectrum of extremism".
