Cousin attacks 'Syria-bound' parents for 'taking five children into war zone'

Two parents 恐れるd to be 長,率いるing for Syria with their five children have been criticised by a family member for trying to take their family into "a war zone".

緊急の 控訴,上告s have been made for (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状) about Imran Ameen, 39, his wife, Farzana Ameen, 40, and their five children - Isma Imran 15; Moeen Imran, 14; Mohammed Muneeb Imran, 11; Ismail Imran, eight; and Mohammed Imran, five.

Police 解放(する)d pictures of the family, who are from Bradford, in a 企て,努力,提案 to help trace them and said they do not know if they have joined Mr Ameen's brother, who is thought to have travelled to Turkey in June.

The 行方不明の family of seven, last seen on October 5, bought a one-way ticket to Turkey and it is 恐れるd they are trying to get to Syria or Iraq.

West Yorkshire Police Assistant 長,指導者 Constable Russ Foster said it is believed Mr Ameen's 30-year-old brother Rehan Noor-Ul-Ameen travelled to Dalaman, Turkey on June 29, from Manchester Airport.

Mr Foster said: " Rehan's 現在の どの辺に and 推論する/理由s for travel are not known at this time.

"We are unaware if the 行方不明の family have joined their brother. Rehan has not been 報告(する)/憶測d 行方不明の to police."

Mr Foster said the Ameen family is believed to have travelled from Manchester Airport on October 6 to Antalya in Turkey but their 現在の どの辺に are unknown.

He said: " We have 設立するd they travelled to Turkey on a one-way ticket and although this is 存在 扱う/治療するd as a 行方不明の from home enquiry we are keeping an open mind and 港/避難所't 支配するd out that the family may ーするつもりである travelling to Syria or Iraq.

"Police are continuing with their enquiries and are working with 親族s who are still in the UK and 地元の, 国家の and international partners to 位置を示す the family.

"Lines of enquiry are 現在/一般に 存在 進歩d with the Turkish 当局, a 最初の/主要な 関心 is the safety and 福利事業 of the young children and the 安全な return of the family.

"I w ould 勧める anyone with (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状) about the family's どの辺に to come 今後 and speak to police so that we can 容易にする the family's 安全な return to the UK.

"Any piece of (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状), no 事柄 how small, could help the UK or overseas 当局 to 位置を示す the family so that they can be 安全に returned home to their loved ones."

Arshid Siddique, first cousin of both Imran and Farzana Ameen, who lives across the road, said: "I knew there was something not 権利 here, then your worst 恐れるs are 確認するd.

"My worst 恐れるs are they are going to a war zone, not for them, they are adults, it's for the kids.

"I can't understand it. I have three kids of my own, it beggars belief any mother or father would want to take their children to a war zone for whatever 推論する/理由."

Mr Siddique said about two weeks ago Farzana Ameen took her mother 支援する to live in Pakistan where her brother lives, then returned to Bradford.

She then told 延長するd family that her husband, who worked selling car parts online, had a 職業 lined up in Dubai and they were leaving imminently but without giving a 限定された date.

Mr Siddique said the 残り/休憩(する) of the family said their goodbyes then the family disappeared 夜通し, with no 接触する to say they had arrived in Dubai or how they were settling in to their new life.

He continued: "I think it was maybe a week and then the 警官,(賞などを)獲得するs turned up. In the 合間 there's been family thinking 'What's going on here?' We have not heard anything from them."

Mr Siddique said Farzana's brother in Pakistan is "heartbroken" and that he telephoned him to tell him what was happening.

When h er brother rang Farzana, Mr Siddique said she told him: " I'm doing the best for my kids."

He said the family prayed five times each day but in his 見解(をとる) neither adults were 特に 宗教的な. He 述べるd Imran as "静かな" before 追加するing: "God only knows now, with the internet."

He said Farzana did not wear a 直面する 隠す and had more English friends than Asian ones however he said their eldest girl, 老年の 15, was pulled out of school for home education.

He 追加するd: "We should have seen the 調印するs. Even at that time there was something telling me something was not 権利. I never thought it was anything to do with what she has now done.

"I hope and pray for 安全な return, they will 直面する the music but it is not about them, it's about the kids."

Plain 着せる/賦与するs police today visited the father of Imran Ameen, who lives in the house next door to the family home, a 井戸/弁護士席-kept three-bedroom, 半分-detached house.

Officers spent an hour inside the house of Mr Ameen's father before leaving without comment to 圧力(をかける) outside.

Earlier this year sisters Khadija Dawood, 30, Sugra Dawood, 34, and Zohra Dawood, 33, also from Bradford, went 行方不明の after going on an Islamic 巡礼の旅 to Saudi Arabia with their nine children.

It is believed they entered Syria to join the Islamic 明言する/公表する group.

West Yorkshire Police said they were working with 親族s who are still in the UK 同様に with the Turkish 当局 to try and 安全な・保証する their 安全な return.

Ishtiaq Ahmed, of the Bradford 会議 for イスラム教寺院s, said he did not know the family but 控訴,上告d for the community to tell the police any 関連した (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状).
