Yorkshire Ripper should go 支援する to 刑務所，拘置所 - psychiatrists
Yorkshire Ripper Peter Sutcliffe is no longer mentally ill and should be returned to 刑務所，拘置所, psychiatrists have said.
Doctors have recommended that Sutcliffe, 69, is taken out of Broadmoor Hospital, the high-安全 psychiatric 部隊, and moved into a specialist 刑務所，拘置所.
The 省 of 司法（官） (MoJ) said the final 決定／判定勝ち（する） on whether Sutcliffe will be moved would be made by 司法（官） 長官 Michael Gove.

An MoJ 広報担当者 said: "決定／判定勝ち（する）s over whether 囚人s are to be sent 支援する to 刑務所，拘置所 from 安全な・保証する hospitals are based on 臨床の 査定／評価s made by 独立した・無所属 医療の staff.
"The High 法廷，裁判所 ordered in 2009 that Sutcliffe should never be 解放（する）d. This was then upheld by the 法廷，裁判所 of 控訴，上告.
"Our thoughts are with Sutcliffe's 犠牲者s and their families."
Richard McCann, the son of Wilma McCann, Sutcliffe's first victi m, told the Mirror: "If that is what the MoJ decide I am 罰金 with that.
"I can understand why some people want to see him in 刑務所，拘置所. 非，不，無 of this will bring my mum 支援する and where he is locked up does not really change anything."
Sutcliffe, who was given 20 life 宣告，判決s for the 殺人 of 13 women, was moved to Broadmoor from Parkhurst 刑務所，拘置所 in 1984 after he was 診断するd with paranoid schizophrenia.
