Nicola Sturgeon 捜し出すs support for 'beautiful dream' of independence
The SNP is to 開始する，打ち上げる a new 運動 to 納得させる Scots to support the "beautiful dream" of independence, Nicola Sturgeon has 発表するd.
The Scottish First 大臣 主張するd her party would not 試みる／企てる to "browbeat anyone" into 支援 the change.
But she 明らかにする／漏らすd a new （選挙などの）運動をする will get under way this summer in a 企て，努力，提案 to 上げる support for leaving the UK.

Scots 投票（する）d against independence by 55% to 45% when a 国民投票 was held in September 2014.
Ms Sturgeon told the SNP spring 会議／協議会 in Glasgow: "We will 達成する independence only when we 説得する a 大多数 of our fellow 国民s that it is the best 未来 for our country."
She 追加するd: "Making and winning that 事例／患者 is our challenge and our 適切な時期.
"That is why I can tell you today that this summer the SNP will 乗る，着手する on a new 率先 to build support for independence."
The SNP leader told 行動主義者s one of her heroes, former US first lady Eleanor Roosevelt, had said that "the 未来 belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams".
Ms Sturgeon 追加するd: "Our dream is for Scotland to become 独立した・無所属. To be in the 運動ing seat of our own 運命, to 形態／調整 our own 未来.
"And on the basis of equality with our family across the British 小島s and our friends across the globe, to play our part in building a better world.
"That is a beautiful dream. And we believe in it."
The First 大臣 said that while many Scots had "手配中の，お尋ね者 to be 説得するd" in 2014 they "最終的に didn't find our arguments 説得力のある enough".
But in a 企て，努力，提案 to 増加する support for independence, she said her party "will be 用意が出来ている to challenge some of our own answers".
Before the new 運動 can begin, the SNP 直面するs Holyrood 選挙s in May, with Ms Sturgeon putting herself to the country to be first 大臣 for the first time.
"To be given a （疑いを）晴らす 委任統治（領） to lead this nation for the next five years will be a precious 適切な時期," she said.
"If you give me that opportuni ty I 約束 I will 掴む it with both 手渡すs."
Ms Sturgeon, who 演説（する）／住所d an audience of some 3,000 at the Scottish 展示 and 会議／協議会 Centre, used her speech to 明らかにする／漏らす some of the 重要な 政策s the SNP will introduce if re-elected.
She said that over the five years of the next 議会の 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語, an extra £750 million would be spent in a 企て，努力，提案 to 削減（する） the attainment gap in Scotland's schools.
This 含むs £100 million a year that would be raised by planned 会議 税制改革s, that would see Scots in larger homes 支払う／賃金 more - with this cash going "direct to 長，率いる teachers", Ms Sturgeon 確認するd.
"It will mean they can 投資する in extra teachers, classroom assistants, 器具／備品 or 付加 learning support," she said.
The attainment 基金, which the Scottish 政府 is 操縦するing in seven 地元の 当局 areas, will be 延長するd to all parts of Scotland.

The SNP has already 誓約（する）d to 増加する 解放する／自由な childcare from 16 hours a week to 30 hours for three and four-year-olds, 同様に as 攻撃を受けやすい two-year-olds, over the course of the next 議会.
Ms Sturgeon said: "When we 拡大する 早期に years education to 含む 十分な day 準備／条項, we will 延長する entitlement to 解放する／自由な meals to two, three and four-year-olds in our nurseries too.
"We will make sure our youngsters get 接近 to a healthy nutritious meal that 改善するs their capacity to learn, without the stigma of means 実験（する）ing."
Poorer families will also be helped with a new Maternity and 早期に Years Allowance, which will 取って代わる the Sure Start Maternity 認める, when new 力／強力にするs over 福利事業 are devolved to Scotland.
支払い（額）s will be higher than in England, with mothers getting £600 instead of £500 after the birth of their first child.
And while Westminster 削減（する） 支払い（額）s for second and その後の children, Ms Sturgeon said low income families north of the 国境 would get £300 for any その上の children they have.
In 新規加入 the SNP is 約束ing these families would receive a 認める of £250 when their child starts nursery and first goes to school, with all this "helping children get the best possible start in life".

She said: "Even now, there are 簡単に no words to 表明する our horror and our sadness at what happened in Dunblane 最初の／主要な School on March 13 1996.
"All we can do is tell those who lost loved ones, those who 苦しむd 傷害 and those whose lives changed forever that day, that we have not forgotten."
Her speech went on to 攻撃する，衝突する out at the Tories - who are fighting to 追いつく 労働 and become the second largest party at Holyrood in May's 選挙.
Ms Sturgeon said she did "not believe for a second" that Scotland's 投票者s would return a larger 次第で変わる／派遣部隊 of 保守的な MSPs.
"Scotland doesn't need a Tory 対立," she said.
"Scotland needs a strong and 決定するd 対立 to the Tories."

"This shows again why having a strong, プロの／賛成の-UK 対立 in Holyrood is so 批判的な to Scotland's 憲法の 未来. Only the Scottish 保守的なs continue to stand 100% for Scotland's place in the UK."
一方／合間 労働's 副 leader in Scotland Alex Rowley branded it a " timid speech" 説: " We got ve ry little 詳細（に述べる） from Nicola Sturgeon on the central question of this 選挙 - how will the new 税金 力／強力にするs be used to stop more 削減（する）s?
"Will the SNP support our 計画（する） for the richest 1% to 支払う／賃金 more to 投資する in our schools through a 50p 最高の，を越す 率 of 税金 on those 収入 more than £150,000 a year? Will Nicola Sturgeon join 労働 in 逆転するing George Osborne's planned 税金 削減（する） for the 最高の，を越す 15% of earners? We heard no answers today."
While Ms Sturgeon 誓約（する）d the SNP would not 増加する the basic 率 of 所得税 in Scotland, Mr Rowley said unless the 国家主義者s followed its 提案s for an 即座の 1p rise they " will 簡単に be cutting school 予算s".
労働 and the Scottish 自由主義の 民主党員s both want to 増加する the basic 率 of 所得税 by 1p to raise almost £500 million for education and 地元の services, with Mr Rowley arguing: "Op 提起する／ポーズをとるing 労働's 計画（する） to 始める，決める a Scottish 率 of 所得税 just 1p higher than the 率 始める，決める by George Osborne isn't fair, left-wing or 進歩／革新的な. Scottish 自由主義の 民主党員 leader Willie Rennie said: " The biggest ovation was for the 告示 that the SNP will start the （選挙などの）運動をする for another 国民投票 in the summer.
"This shows that the SNP's biggest 優先 remains to start the 分割 of the 国民投票 again.
"This will horrify everyone who wants to move on from 分割 of the past and to 焦点（を合わせる） on the 力／強力にするs we have to transform education."
