MPs 表明する '深い 関心' to Obama over 国外逃亡犯人の引渡し of 切り開く／タクシー／不正アクセスing-（刑事）被告 Briton
More than 100 MPs are calling on 大統領 Barack Obama to 封鎖する the 国外逃亡犯人の引渡し of an autistic British man （刑事）被告 of 切り開く／タクシー／不正アクセスing into US computers.
The 105 cross-party backbenchers who have 調印するd a letter to the American leader, 強調する／ストレスing their "深い 関心 for the safety" of Lauri Love, 31.
They point out that he has "a long history of serious mental health 問題／発行するs, 不景気 and some episodes of psychosis" and are hoping that Mr Obama will call a 停止（させる） to the 国外逃亡犯人の引渡し before he leaves office next year.

US 当局 have been fighting for Mr Love, who lives with his parents 近づく Newmarket in Suffolk, to 直面する 裁判，公判 over 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s of cyber-切り開く／タクシー／不正アクセスing, which his lawyers say could mean a 宣告，判決 of up to 99 years in 刑務所，拘置所 if he is 設立する 有罪の.
He is 申し立てられた／疑わしい to have stolen 抱擁する 量s of data from US 機関s 含むing the 連邦の Reserve, the US Army, the Department of Defence, Nasa and the 連邦検察局, in a 洪水／多発 of online attacks in 2012 and 2013.
The 事例／患者 has echoes of that of Gary McKinnon, another 申し立てられた／疑わしい cyber-hacker with Asperger's, who 結局 had his 国外逃亡犯人の引渡し 封鎖するd by then home 長官 Theresa May after a １０年間-long 戦う／戦い.
The MPs point out the UK has 起訴するd at least 12 people who have 切り開く／タクシー／不正アクセスd US-based computer systems.
The MPs wrote: "Indeed, Mr Love would be the first UK-based computer hacker to be （国外逃亡犯を）引き渡すd and 否定するd the 適切な時期 to 直面する a 十分な 起訴 in the UK.
"The UK 犯罪の 司法（官） system is equipped to bring 司法（官） through 宣告，判決ing and rehabilitating people who are adjudged to have committed these 罪，犯罪s. Many of these 12 事例／患者s did not 伴う／関わる individuals who have 重要な mental health 問題／発行するs, nor Asperger syndrome and were not at a high 危険 of 自殺, yet they were not （国外逃亡犯を）引き渡すd.
"We would like to ask, why then is the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs insistent on Mr Love's 国外逃亡犯人の引渡し にもかかわらず the UK having a proven 跡をつける 記録，記録的な／記録する of 適切な 宣告，判決ing and rehabilitating individuals who have committed computer-切り開く／タクシー／不正アクセスing offences against the US?"
Mr Love, who also 苦しむs from 不景気 and 厳しい eczema, has said a 刑務所，拘置所 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 in the US would 原因（となる） his health to 悪化する and would lead to a mental 決裂／故障 or 自殺.
