The coal 産業 （人命などを）奪う，主張するs 拡大するing use of the 化石 燃料 is important for fighting extreme poverty and 改善するing 接近 to energy for people in 発展途上国s, the groups say.
But they 警告する that building just a third of the planned coal-力／強力にするd 駅／配置するs, mostly in developing Asia, would 押し進める the world に向かって dangerous 気候 change which will 攻撃する，衝突する the poor hardest.

Renewables would be the quickest and cheapest way to reaching more than two-thirds of those without 接近 to 力／強力にする, it says.
