Salman Butt, a 選挙運動者 on イスラム教徒 問題／発行するs, is 捜し出すing to have parts of the Home Office's 妨げる 戦略, 含むing how extremism is defined, rewritten as it （規則などを）破る／侵害するs on freedom of speech 権利s.
In September last year, Mr Butt was 指名するd by the 政府 as 存在 a "非，不，無-violent 極端論者" の中で a group of public （衆議院の）議長s who 表明するd "見解（をとる）s contrary to British values".

Mr Butt told the website Islam21C: "Many people will be eager to see the hidden and murky 過程s by which individuals are （名声などを）汚すd with the label of '極端論者', so that these 問題／発行するs are 軍隊d into the open and to the scrutiny of the 法廷，裁判所s."
Human 権利s lawyer Saimo Chahal QC told the BBC Mr Butt's challenge was a 実験（する） 事例／患者.
"The 妨げる 義務 指導／手引 問題／発行するd to higher education 会・原則s is 欠陥d because it 衝突s with the 権利 to 解放する／自由な speech which is enshrined in the Education 行為／法令／行動する for higher education 会・原則s.
"The challenge, if successful, could have major 関わりあい／含蓄s for the 議論の的になる 政策 as it 適用するs to universities and higher education."
A Home Office 広報担当者 said they would not comment on 現在進行中の 合法的な 訴訟／進行s.
