I've still got so much more to 達成する, says Paralympic hero Cox

The 条件 inspirational and 役割 model are bandied about all too easily in sport, but Kadeena Cox is worthy of and lives up to the descriptions.

The 25-year-old from 物陰/風下d at September's Rio Paralympics became the first Briton in 28 years to 勝利,勝つ two メダルs in two sports at the same Games.

She is the first in 32 years to 勝利,勝つ golds in different sports, having topped the podium in 運動競技のs and cycling.

And she was chosen as 旗 持参人払いの for Britain's most successful Paralympic team since ソウル 1988.

Cox's 業績/成就s are all the more remarkable as they (機の)カム two years after she was 診断するd with 多重の sclerosis, a 進歩/革新的な illness which could become more debilitating over time.

"I've thought about the diagnosis itself once or twice, but it just brings me to 涙/ほころびs realising how far I've come," Cox told 圧力(をかける) 協会 Sport.

"My 焦点(を合わせる) now is what more can I 達成する. I 達成するd a few 広大な/多数の/重要な things in Rio, but I know there's so much more I can do and I want to do. It's all about looking 今後 now."

She won the C4/C5 500 metres time-裁判,公判 on the bike in the velodrome before (人命などを)奪う,主張するing gold on the 運動競技のs 跡をつける in the T38 400m.

Her main 焦点(を合わせる) for 2017 is taking gold at the London Stadium at the IPC 運動競技のs World 選手権s.

Her physiotherapy degree 結論するs in 2018 - the long-称する,呼ぶ/期間/用語 goal is to run her own 商売/仕事 - and there is a European 選手権s in 運動競技のs, a to-be-確認するd Para-Cycling 跡をつける World 選手権s, 加える the 連邦/共和国 Games. A busy year, even by Cox's 基準s.

She hopes to go for four, かもしれない five, events in Tokyo at the 2020 Paralympics and then also compete in the 2022 Winter Games in Beijing, when para-bobsleigh will be on the programme.

The 推論する/理由 she competed in two sports in Rio was because she knew she might not get the chance to compete at all in Tokyo. And she knows all her 的s depend on her MS.

She 追加するd: "That's something that's in the 支援する of my mind. It was, for a while, something that was in the 最前部 of my mind and something I'd 絶えず think about.

"And I wouldn't really 計画(する) too far ahead in the worry that my life could change 予定 to my condit イオン.

"権利 now I take each day as it comes and I 計画(する) for what I want to 達成する and if those change 予定 to my 条件 then I just を取り引きする it when I get to that point.

"My goals may change, they may not change, but 権利 now those are my goals."

Cox is inspirational for another 推論する/理由. She was brought up in Chapeltown, a 奪うd area of 物陰/風下d.

She is now working in the community, trying to instil 信用/信任 in youngsters.

"I'm from not the best of communities, but it's nice to be able to stand there and show young people what can be 達成するd," Cox 追加するd.

"There's so many young people that go 負かす/撃墜する the wrong path, just because they think there's no other 選択 or there's nothing there for them.

"Just having someone to point them in the 権利 direction and show them that it is achievable just 許すs them to see that there is more to life than 麻薬s and 罪,犯罪.

"There's not very much in the way of 運動競技のs coaching or sport in general. I want to help with somebody who is working in the community already to try to bring more stuff 地元で, so it's something that is more readily 利用できる to them."

Cox has 述べるd life since Rio as "crazy". She is recognised wherever she goes and asked for selfies and autographs.

She was also 指名するd as one of the 16 指名するd 競技者s for BBC Sports Personality of the Year.

"My family manage to keep me grounded," Cox 追加するd.

"I get told the gold メダルs mean nothing. I'm one of seven children, so there is no special 治療 許すd.

"My mum did try it for a bit, but then my sisters 選ぶd up on it. 支援する 負かす/撃墜する to reality."
