A 億万長者 American art collector has 拒絶する／低下するd to sell a masterpiece 絵 to the 国家の Gallery because the 地位，任命する-Brexit 英貨の／純銀の 低迷 would cost him millions.
James Tomilson Hill, a New York hedge 基金 経営者／支配人, spent £30.7 million in 2015 to 輸出（する） the Portrait Of A Young Man In A Red Cap (1530) by Jacopo Pontormo.
Desperate to keep the portrait in Britain, a matching 申し込む／申し出 was made by the London gallery in late 2016 with the help of a £19 million 財務省 認める.
