Gig economy 会社/堅いs 存在 `let off the hook´, unions (人命などを)奪う,主張する ahead of new 報告(する)/憶測

会社/堅いs in the gig economy are 存在 “let off the hook” by a 政府-ordered review into the 雇用 権利s of 労働者s, unions are 警告.

The review, 長,率いるd by Matthew Taylor, a former 助言者 to Tony Blair, is 始める,決める to recommend a new 部類 of 労働者 called a “扶養家族 請負業者”, who should receive 利益s 含むing sick 支払う/賃金 and holiday leave.

The 報告(する)/憶測 will be published on Tuesday by Mr Taylor, the 長,率いる of the 王室の Society of Arts, and is 推定する/予想するd to call for an 精密検査する of 雇用 法律 and new 保証(人)s on the 最小限 行う for the growing number of 労働者s in 配達/演説/出産 and taxi 会社/堅いs such as Deliveroo and Uber.

Union leaders said the review was 単に “tinkering around the 辛勝する/優位s” and attacked the idea of a new 部類 of 労働者.

TUC general 長官 フランs O’Grady said: “If these 提案s are true, gig economy 雇用者s are 存在 let off the hook.

“Creating a new ‘扶養家族 労働者’ 部類 would be 洞穴ing in to special pleading from 壇・綱領・公約 companies who pretend that they cannot 支払う/賃金 the 最小限 行う like any other 雇用者.

“We already know from union 勝利,勝つs in the 法廷,裁判所s that Deliveroo and Uber should be 支払う/賃金ing their 全労働人口 the 最小限 行う now, and 保証(人)ing them basic 権利s like paid holiday and breaks.”

GMB general 長官 Tim Roache said: “If the Taylor review does indeed call for a 過激な 精密検査する of 雇用 法律, the 推薦s that are 漏れるing out seem to 行方不明になる the point.

“What we’ve seen so far is tinkering around the 辛勝する/優位s and creating more (法などの)抜け穴s 雇用者s will 必然的に 偉業/利用する.

“現在の 雇用 法律s and our 税金 and 国家の 保険 structures are 十分な ? the 問題/発行する has been one of 施行, or 欠如(する) of it.

“Unscrupulous 雇用者s are ignoring the 権利s which 労働者s already have and are not 支払う/賃金ing their fair 株 of 税金s.

“Any 報告(する)/憶測 価値(がある) its salt on the modern world of work 絶対 has to 取り組む the use of 機関 and 不安定な work as a 商売/仕事 model. Thousands of people work in perpetual insecurity while vastly profitable companies can make even more in 利益(をあげる) while 辞退するing to 支払う/賃金 the 税金s they 借りがある all of us.
