Sturgeon to 問題／発行する 陳謝 from Scottish 政府 over historical gay sex 有罪の判決s
The First 大臣 will apologise on に代わって of the Scottish 政府 to all men 罪人／有罪を宣告するd of now-廃止するd gay 性の offences.

A Scottish 政府 広報担当者 said: “The First 大臣 will give a 声明 of 陳謝 to those 罪人／有罪を宣告するd 事前の to 2001 under 差別的な 法律s against same-sex 性の activity that is now 合法的な.
“The 陳謝 will be made on に代わって of the Scottish 政府 for the 治療 of homosexual men under previous 政府s and will 同時に起こる／一致する with the introduction of 法律制定 to 供給する people 罪人／有罪を宣告するd under these 法律s an (a)自動的な／(n)自動拳銃 容赦.

The 私的な member’s 法案 would have 容赦d all men living with UK 有罪の判決s for same-sex offences committed before the 法律 was changed.
However the UK 政府, which has its own 計画（する）s for posthumous 容赦s, “talked out” the 法案 in the ありふれたs, resulting in it 落ちるing at its first 議会の 障害物.
Tim Hopkins, director of the Equality 網状組織, said: “The 陳謝 is important because it shows that it was the 差別的な 法律s that were wrong, and not the consensual 関係s that were made 犯罪の by those 法律s.
