Homeless `ありふれた どろぼう´ who stole from Manchester 円形競技場 attack 犠牲者s 刑務所，拘置所d
A homeless man who （人命などを）奪う，主張するd to have helped 犠牲者s of the Manchester 円形競技場 爆破 but stole from those lying 本気で 負傷させるd has been 刑務所，拘置所d by a 裁判官 who told him: “You were not the hero that you pretended to be. You were a ありふれた どろぼう.”
Chris Parker, 33, was 刑務所，拘置所d for four years and three months at Manchester 栄冠を与える 法廷，裁判所 after 裁判官 David Hernandez watched graphic CCTV （映画の）フィート数 of him rummaging through personal 所有／入手s の中で the dead and the 本気で 負傷させるd.
裁判官 Hernandez said: “You stole from people who were 本気で 負傷させるd at a time when others were either dead or dying.
“It is hard to 熟視する／熟考する a more reprehensible 始める，決める of circumstances.”
He told Parker: “The true spirit of Manchester was 陳列する，発揮するd by the 活動／戦闘s of ordinary 国民s of Manchester 同様に as the 緊急 services who went to the 援助 of those 負傷させるd that night.
“You 代表するd yourself as a hero.

“Sadly, you were not the hero that you pretended to be. You were a ありふれた どろぼう.”
The 裁判官 said: “Your behaviour has been 見解（をとる）d as repugnant by the communi ty as a whole.”
Parker showed no emotion as he was 宣告，判決d after admitting 窃盗 and 詐欺 at a previous 審理，公聴会.
He was あられ／賞賛するd a hero after the 悲劇 on May 22 last year as he appeared on TV talking about how he helped those caught up in the 爆破.
Parts of a 犠牲者 personal 声明 were read to the 法廷，裁判所 from the mother of a 14-year-old girl whose phone was taken by Parker.
The girl was 本気で 負傷させるd in the 爆破.
It said: “I was just astounded as I thought that I had seen the worst thing that a person could do to others and this was yet another blow as to how despicable people could be.”
Louise Brandon, 起訴するing, said Parker 選ぶd up the phone belonging to the 十代の少年少女 who had been 持つ／拘留するing the handset as the 爆弾 went off.
行方不明になる Brandon said the phone rang a number of times as people were trying to 接触する the girl and Parker 終結させるd one call with an (a)自動的な／(n)自動拳銃 return text message which read: “Sorry I can’t talk 権利 now.”
The 検察官，検事 said of the mother’s personal 声明: “Upon finding (the girl), she 述べるs how her daughter was upset at the loss of her telephone because she was unable to 接触する family and friends to let them know how she was.”
The 裁判官 also banned Parker from central Manchester for 10 years.
同様に as the 動きやすい phone belonging to the teenage girl, who cannot be 指名するd, Parker 認める stealing a purse and its contents from Pauline Healey as she lay 本気で 負傷させるd next to her daughter and 14-year-old granddaughter Sorrell Leczkowski, who did not 生き残る.

The 検察官，検事 said Parker answered the phon e when Mrs Healey’s husband rang and then passed the telephone to her.
“She saw the 被告 walk away with her handbag, returning with it a short while later but her purse was no longer inside,” 行方不明になる Brandon said.
Over the next few days, Parker used Mrs Healey’s debit card to 支払う／賃金 for meals at McDonald’s totalling £12.
The 検察官，検事 said Mrs Healey was 苦しめるd that Parker took a photograph of her as she lay with her 負傷させるd family.
行方不明になる Brandon told the 裁判官: “Unlike others who were 現在の, he (Parker) did not enter the 円形競技場 with the 単独の 意向 of helping those who were so 猛烈に in need of 援助.
“Contrary to the impression that he created in the マスコミ on the night of the 爆破 and in the days that followed this 悲劇, he was no hero.”
行方不明になる Brandon said: “There are periods during the time that he was inside the 円形競技場 where, the 起訴 受託するs, he was seemingly 申し込む／申し出ing some 慰安 to the 犠牲者s.
“The 法廷，裁判所 may 結論する that it would have been やめる impossible for anybody to walk past all of those in need that night without 申し込む／申し出ing some 援助, whatever their 推論する／理由 was for 存在 in the 円形競技場.”
行方不明になる Brandon said: “As the 悲劇 広げるd around him, when the 広大な 大多数 of those who were in the 円形競技場 with him were trying to save lives and care for the 負傷させるd and lost, the 被告 was 焦点（を合わせる）d on 捜し出すing to take advantage of the 状況／情勢.
“The CCTV shows the 被告, in the 45 minutes that he was in the 円形競技場, taking the 適切な時期s that 現在のd themselves to him to take photographs and to look for and, where possible, take 価値のある items, such as purses and 動きやすい telephones from the 捕らえる、獲得するs of the 犠牲者s or from the 床に打ち倒す, where they had landed when their owners had lost them as the 爆弾 was 活動させる／戦時編成するd.”
行方不明になる Brandon showed the 裁判官 four pictures Parker took in the foyer which, she said, he later sold for £100.
Parker （人命などを）奪う，主張するd to have helped some of those 負傷させるd in the atta ck, and more than £50,000 was raised by the public to help the rough sleeper.
He will not receive the money raised for him through the public 控訴，上告 on GoFundMe. It will instead go 支援する to the 寄贈者s.
