Darren Osborne 否定するs 存在 Finsbury Park terror driver, 非難するs `Dave´
A man （刑事）被告 of carrying out the Finsbury Park terror attack has 否定するd 運動ing the 先頭 which mowed 負かす／撃墜する イスラム教徒s in north London.
Darren Osborne, of Glyn Rhosyn in Cardiff, is 申し立てられた／疑わしい to have deliberately mowed 負かす／撃墜する people outside two イスラム教寺院s in north London すぐに after 12.15am on June 19 last year, leaving one dead and several 負傷させるd.
証言，証人／目撃するs saw the white 乗り物 加速するing as it approached the group, leaving them “splattered all over the place” and 殺人，大当り Makram Ali, the 陪審／陪審員団 at Woolwich 栄冠を与える 法廷，裁判所 has 以前 been told.
But taking to the 証言，証人／目撃する box on Tuesday afternoon, Osborne 否定するd he was the driver of the 先頭 伴う／関わるd.

Defence barrister Lisa Wilding QC said to Osborne: “Were you the driver of the 先頭?”
Osborne replied: “No.”
Ms Wilding said: “Did you know who was the driver of the 先頭?”
The 被告 said: “A guy called Dave.”
Ms Wilding said: “Do you know Dave’s other 指名する?”
Osborne said: “No I do not.”
The 被告 said he knew Dave and had met him in a pub in Treforest, called the 選ぶ and Shovel, in 早期に April or March last year.
Osborne told the 法廷，裁判所 that he had also met a man called Terry Jones, and that the three of them would discuss their social and political 見解（をとる）s.

He said the trio had 初めは planned to go to Rochdale, Greater Manchester, 追加するing: “That was our ーするつもりであるd 的.”
Asked if this 計画（する） had been put into 影響, he said: “Unfortunately not.”

探偵，刑事 Constable Paul Dring, of the 主要都市の Police, said he was told by Osborne during an 緊急の safety interview 行為／行うd at University College Hospital that no-one else was 伴う／関わるd, the 法廷，裁判所 heard.

“To which Mr Osborne replied ‘No’.”
The 法廷，裁判所 heard that at the end of the interview, Mr Dring asked: “Finally from me, is there anything at all that you know about that could 害（を与える） anyone?”
“Mr Osborne says ‘No’.”
After a pause Osborne 追加するd “I’m 飛行機で行くing 単独の”, Mr Rees told the 陪審／陪審員団.

The 法廷，裁判所 was also shown （映画の）フィート数 from the 団体／死体 camera of Pc David Jones, who is said to have 手錠d Mr Osborne while he was on the ground after the 出来事/事件.
A man the 起訴 say is Osborne can be heard 説 in the 支援する of the police 乗り物 “I lost 支配（する）／統制する of the 先頭” and “lost 支配（する）／統制する, man”.
Mr Jones said: “Were you 運動ing, yeah?”
The man is heard to reply: “Yeah.”
Asked if he had been drinking, the man said he had 消費するd a “couple of pints”.
Osborne 否定するs the 殺人 of Mr Ali, 51, and 殺人未遂 of “persons at the junction of Seven Sisters Road and Whadcoat Street, London”.
