法案 Cosby´s lawyers 捜し出すing to get `性の 強襲，強姦´ 事例／患者 thrown out
A day after Hollywood’s first Oscars of the #MeToo 時代, 法案 Cosby went to 法廷，裁判所 in a 企て，努力，提案 to get his 性の 強襲，強姦 事例／患者 thrown out or at least stop some of his dozens of accusers from giving 証拠 at his retrial.
Cosby’s defence team, led by former Michael Jackson lawyer Tom Mesereau, argued that telephone 記録，記録的な／記録するs, travel 旅程s and other 証拠 show the 申し立てられた／疑わしい 強襲，強姦 could not have happened when 検察官，検事s say it did and thus 落ちるs outside the 法令 of 制限s.
The defence 論争d accuser Andrea Constand’s 証拠 at Cosby’s first 裁判，公判 last year that the 80-year-old 芸能人 drugged and （性的に）いたずらするd her at his 郊外の Philadelphia home some time in the first part of January 2004.
Ms Constand did not give a 明確な／細部 date, but said the 出来事/事件 had to have happened 事前の to January 20, when her cousin moved into her Philadelphia apartment.
Cosby’s lawyers told 裁判官 Steven O’Neill on Monday they have 設立する 証拠 that Cosby was not even in Pennsylvania during that time. Ms Constand gave 証拠 she would have called Cosby to be let into his home, but his lawyers said her phone 記録，記録的な／記録するs do not 反映する such a call within her time でっちあげる，人を罪に陥れる.

Even before the arguments got under way, Cosby’s lawyers were rapped by the 裁判官 for 誤って 告発する／非難するing 検察官，検事s of hiding or destroying 証拠.
地区 弁護士／代理人／検事 Kevin Steele asked Mr O’Neill to throw Cosby’s 合法的な team off the 事例／患者 for （人命などを）奪う，主張するing that 検察官，検事s failed to 明らかにする／漏らす they had interviewed a woman who cast 疑問 on Cosby’s accuser.
The defence withdrew the 主張 days later after his former lawyer said he 確認するd 存在 aware that the 起訴 interviewed the woman before Cosby’s first 裁判，公判.
Mr Steele argued Cosby’s lawyers 行為／法令／行動するd recklessly and “are at best incompetent and さもなければ unethical.”

Monday’s 審理，公聴会 comes just 10 days after Cosby’s 44-year-old daughter, Ensa, died of 腎臓 病気. His lawyers have given no 指示，表示する物 they would 捜し出す to 延期する the 審理，公聴会 or his retrial.
