Pocket watch 回復するd from man who died in Titanic 沈むing sold at auction
A pocket watch that was 回復するd from a 乗客 who died on the Titanic has sold at auction for 57,500 US dollars (£44,765).
遺産 Auctions said the watch, sold on Saturday in Dallas, had been 回復するd from a 34-year-old 乗客 指名するd Sinai Kantor.
Mr Kantor was a ロシアの 移民，移住（する） who managed to get his wife, Miriam, to a lifeboat before he died in icy waters after the ship 攻撃する，衝突する an iceberg.

Mr Kantor’s 団体／死体 was later pulled from the 大西洋 Ocean and he was buried in New York.
The pocket watch was sold by a direct 子孫 of Miriam and Sinai Kantor.
It was bought by a collector of timepieces connected to the famous 1912 沈むing.
