Serbia casts 疑問 on Kosovo `land 交換（する） 会談´
The idea of a “land 交換（する）” between Serbia and Kosovo to settle their long-running 論争 has stirred passions as the prospect of a new 一連の会議、交渉／完成する of 会談 between the former 敵s was 報告（する）／憶測d.
The 提案 could see part of southern Serbia centred on the 民族の Albanian-支配するd city of Presevo transferred to Kosovo, while the セルビア人-支配するd northern part of Kosovo, around Mitrovica, would become part of Serbia.
Serbian 大統領 Aleksandar Vucic and Kosovan leader Hashim Thaci had been 推定する／予想するd to 会合，会う in Brussels as part of 成果／努力s to normalise relations in the 地域 still riven by 緊張s from the 1998-99 war, but Serbian 公式の／役人s said they “will not talk today”.
Marko Djuric, a 上級の Serbian 交渉者 at the European Union-仲買人d 会談, said in Brussels that Mr Vucic “will not talk today with the 代表者／国会議員s of Pristina”.
“There are not 最小限 条件s to talk to the 代表者／国会議員s of Pristina today,” he 追加するd.

Mr Vucic and Mr Thaci held separate 会合s with EU 外交政策 長，指導者 Federica Mogherini, who is the 調停者 in the 会談.
Kosovo 宣言するd independence from Serbia in 2008 and is recognised as a nation by more than 100 countries, but Serbia does not recognise it, and neither do five EU countries: Cyprus, Greece, Romania, Slovakia and Spain.
Serbia and Kosovo have been told they must sort out their differences if they want to 前進する に向かって EU 会員の地位.

Zoran Ostojic, an 分析家 from ベオグラード, believes the 会合 in Brussels will not result in an 即座の 打開.
