Changes to 労働 leadership 投票（する） 支配するs agreed by 判決，裁定 NEC
労働’s 判決，裁定 国家の (n)役員／(a)執行力のある 委員会 has agreed changes to the party’s rulebook which will give grassroots 行動主義者s and 貿易（する） unions more say in who can stand in 未来 leadership 選挙s.
And the NEC, 会合 in Liverpool on the eve of 労働’s 年次の 会議／協議会 in the city, also agreed 改革（する）s to make it easier to deselect sitting MPs.
The changes, agreed 全員一致で by the NEC, will be put to a 投票（する） of 委任する／代表s at 会議／協議会 on Sunday.
The NEC 提案s do not 削減（する） the 10% threshold for MPs’ 指名／任命s 要求するd to get on to the 投票（する） paper for a leadership contest.
But they 追加する a new 障害物 for would-be leaders, who also have to 安全な・保証する 指名／任命s from?5% of 選挙区／有権者 parties or 5% of members of 貿易（する） unions or (v)提携させる(n)支部，加入者d organisations.
There has been 圧力 from the left of the party for a 削減（する） in the number of MPs’ 指名／任命s 要求するd, ーするために 確実にする the presence of a Corbynite 候補者 in any 未来 contest. The 障害物 was 削減（する） to 10% last year after Mr Corbyn struggled to 安全な・保証する the 15% needed in 2015.
改革（する） to the leadership 投票（する） 支配するs is understood to have won 圧倒的な support in the 僕主主義 review ordered by Mr Corbyn, which is 予定 to be published on Sunday.
The new 支配する will mean 未来 候補者s having to build support の中で grassroots 行動主義者s and 貿易（する） unionists 同様に as at 議会.
Under the reselection 提案s, the threshold to 軍隊 sitting MPs to fight open 選択 戦う／戦いs will be 削減（する） from 50% to 33% of 地元の 支店s or (v)提携させる(n)支部，加入者d unions.
労働 MPs 現在／一般に 直面する a いわゆる “誘発する／引き起こす 投票（する）” before each 総選挙, but must only fight for their position if a 大多数 of 地元の 支店s and (v)提携させる(n)支部，加入者d unions 支援する an open 選択 contest. The new change will 要求する an open contest if either 33% of 地元の party 支店s or 33% of (v)提携させる(n)支部，加入者d 貿易（する） union 支店s 需要・要求する one.
The 改革（する） 落ちるs short of the 需要・要求するs of some 行動主義者s who are 捜し出すing 義務的な open 選択 contests for all MPs before every 選挙.
Their （選挙などの）運動をする is seen by many MPs on the 権利 of the party as an 成果／努力 to 粛清する “Blairite” 影響（力）s and critics of Mr Corbyn’s 扱うing of 問題／発行するs such as anti-Semitism.
A 労働 source said:?“The 提案 agreed 全員一致で by the NEC 改革（する）s the 存在するing reselection 過程, giving members and 貿易（する） union (v)提携させる(n)支部，加入者s a greater say in who 代表するs them, but doesn’t move to (a)自動的な／(n)自動拳銃 open 選択s.”

A 会合 of 支持者s of 義務的な 選択 contests on the fringe of the Liverpool contest heard の近くに Corbyn 同盟（する） Chris Williamson ask: “What’s wrong with giving members a chance to decide who will be their 候補者 in each 選挙?
