GTR and Northern 調査/捜査するd over 乗客 (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状) during 時刻表/予定表 大混乱

Two train companies are 存在 調査/捜査するd over their communication with 乗客s before and after the introduction of new 時刻表/予定表s which led to major disruption.

Govia Thameslink 鉄道 (GTR) and Northern are 嫌疑者,容疑者/疑うd of 違反ing a 条件 of their operating licence which 要求するs them to 供給する “appropriate, 正確な and timely (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状)” to enable 乗客s to 計画(する) 旅行s “with a reasonable degree of 保証/確信”.

“One thing that would have helped 乗客s work around these problems was 正確な, timely and useful (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状) ? but in many 事例/患者s that was not 供給するd.

“It’s only 権利 that the regulator 調査/捜査するs if these companies 違反d the 乗客 (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状) 義務s in their licence.”

The 調査 is 推定する/予想するd to be 結論するd by the end of next month.

An ORR 広報担当者 said: “The 開始 of an 調査 does not 暗示する that we have made any findings about 非,不,無-同意/服従 by either company.

“If ORR finds the companies in 違反 of their licence 義務s, it could result in 施行 活動/戦闘 such as a 財政上の 刑罰,罰則.”

GTR said it will “co-operate fully” with the 調査.
