いっそう少なく than a third of 投票者s 支援する 計画(する)s to 禁止(する) the smacking of children in Scotland, a 投票 示唆するs.

A Panelbase 調査する of more than 1,000 people for The Sunday Times Scotland 設立する that 30% said they support the 手段, which has the 支援 of the Scottish 政府.

More than half (53%) told 世論調査員s they believe smacking should still be 許すd, while 17% said they did not know.

Green MSP John Finnie introduced the Children (Equal 保護 from 強襲,強姦) (Scotland) 法案 after 伸び(る)ing the 支援 of Scottish 大臣s and MSPs from across all the 政党s.

Mr Finnie’s Member’s 法案 is also supported by a 範囲 of organisations 含むing the Scottish Police 連合, Barnardo’s Scotland, the Church and Society 会議 of the Church of Scotland and the NSPCC.

答える/応じるing to the 投票, the Scottish 政府 pointed to findings from 2015 which it said showed that 92% of people say children should have the same 保護 or greater 保護 than adults from 強襲,強姦.

A spokeswoman said: “The Scottish 政府 supports 肯定的な parenting.

“This 提案するd 法案 will give children the same 合法的な 保護s as adults ? something 支援するd by an 圧倒的な 大多数 of public opinion ? and end the defence of ‘正当と認められる 強襲,強姦’.”
