Having risen since 2010/11, the 宣告，判決s 手渡すd out as an 代案／選択肢 to 保護／拘留 ? such as community payback orders, 制限 of liberty orders or 麻薬 治療 and 実験（する）ing orders ? fell from a total of 18,646 in 2016/17 to 16,830 in 2017/18.
