Theresa May says she is 捜し出すing `changes´ to Brexit backstop
Theresa May has 示唆するd that she is 捜し出すing “changes” to the 議論の的になる backstop in her Brexit 取引，協定, rather than its total 除去 from the UK’s EU 撤退 協定.
In a speech in Belfast, the 総理大臣 再び述べるd her “unshakeable” かかわり合い to 避けるing a hard 国境 in Ireland after Brexit, 誓約（する）ing:?“The UK 政府 will not let that happen. I will not let that happen.”
But asked how she could?納得させる the people of Northern Ireland to 受託する a?Brexit?取引，協定 which was stripped of the backstop, Mrs May said: “I’m not 提案するing to 説得する people to 受託する a 取引，協定 that doesn’t 含む／封じ込める that 保険 政策 for the 未来.
“What 議会 has said is that they believe there should be changes made to the backstop.”
It was in that light that she was working with MPs, the Irish 政府 and the EU to find a way to 会合，会う the かかわり合い to take Britain out of the EU on March 29 with a 取引，協定 which 避けるd a hard 国境, she said.
The Irish 政府 （刑事）被告 the 総理大臣 of harbouring unrealistic 期待s over the backstop.
“We welcome the 総理大臣’s restatement of the かかわり合い to having no hard 国境.
“Her 声明 about the need to recognise 株d 身元s in Northern Ireland was 特に welcome.
“However, we still have 関心s about unrealistic 期待s regarding what can be 達成するd regarding the backstop.
“The EU position is （疑いを）晴らす and not for changing. There is 範囲 to adjust the political 宣言 but not the 撤退 協定.”
Mrs May is 予定 to travel to Brussels on Thursday for her first 直面する-to-直面する 会談 with European （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 大統領，／社長 ジーンズ-Claude Juncker and European 会議 大統領，／社長 Donald Tusk since the 撤退 協定 they reached last November was 拒絶するd by the House of ありふれたs.

Mrs May 追加するd: “Northern Ireland does not have to rely on the Irish 政府 or the European Union to 妨げる a return to 国境s of the past.
“The UK 政府 will not let that happen. I will not let that happen.”
She 発表するd a review by Home 長官 Sajid Javid of 問題／発行するs surrounding difficulties 直面するd by 居住（者）s of Irish 国籍 in bringing family members into Northern Ireland.
