国内の 暴力／激しさ 犠牲者s living in 田舎の areas are “欠如（する）ing support that could mean the difference between life and death”, a 報告（する）／憶測 has （人命などを）奪う，主張するd.
研究 by the 国家の 田舎の 罪，犯罪 網状組織 showed 犠牲者s stay longer with abusive partners, on 普通の／平均（する） three years before 捜し出すing help compared to 2.6 years in 都市の areas.
It （人命などを）奪う，主張するs that while the number of 国内の 暴力／激しさ offences 記録，記録的な／記録するd per 1,000 people in 田舎の areas is lower, this is because 犠牲者s are いっそう少なく likely to 報告（する）／憶測 the 罪，犯罪 to police.
The 報告（する）／憶測 says it is more difficult to 接近 support services in the countryside, which often has poor public 輸送（する）, and that abusers are drawn to 田舎の areas so that they can keep their 犠牲者 孤立するd.
It 結論するs: “The nature of 国内の 乱用 itself is 類似の across 田舎の and 都市の areas and the factors that 運動 it are 類似の.
“However, rurality is a 武器 that 増加するs 孤立／分離, stigma and shame in small, often の近くにd communities, and which creates 障壁s that, without プロの／賛成の-active 介入, will 妨げる many 犠牲者s 接近ing support.

“From understanding the vulnerability and 需要・要求する in 田舎の areas, to 答える／応じるing to the sensitivities of 田舎の culture and communities, to 確実にするing our services are accessible to all, to supporting 犠牲者s and 生存者s to escape and 再構築する their lives, in 田舎の areas 国内の 乱用 and the needs of its 犠牲者s and 生存者s have remained a hidden and harmful fact.
“The 関わりあい／含蓄s of this are serious. 犠牲者s and 生存者s are 存在 let 負かす／撃墜する, and are 欠如（する）ing support that could mean the difference between life and death.
“There is an 緊急の need for change, which needs to be considered 本気で by policymakers and commissioners, and by frontline 機関s and services in 田舎の communities.”
The 研究員s interviewed 67 犠牲者s from seven different areas of England, 同様に as reviewing 存在するing literature on 国内の 暴力／激しさ.
Luke Hart, whose controlling father 殺人d his sister Charlotte, 19, and mother Claire, 50, in Lincolnshire in 2016, said: “孤立／分離 was one of the 重要な 策略 our father used to 支配（する）／統制する us.
“When I was three, he took us to the middle of nowhere into an old barn house where our parent s didn’t work for a １０年間. In fact, 悪党／犯人s will often move to 田舎の communities 正確に to 孤立する their 犠牲者s.
“田舎の communities themselves don’t have the same level of 株d 資源s that 都市の communities do ? such as public 輸送（する） for example.
“田舎の communities therefore 申し込む／申し出 a much easier 適切な時期 for an abuser to economically 乱用 a 犠牲者 and 支配（する）／統制する their 接近 to 資源s and their movements.
“Our father controlled the car and 監視するd 正確に／まさに where our mother went and checked how many miles she drove.
“We never realised we were 苦しむing 国内の 乱用 because no one ever spoke about it in the area ? most likely because people assumed, or didn’t want it, to be a problem.
“田舎の life is supposed to be idyllic and 平和的な, so people often try to make it look that way, whether it’s the 事例／患者 or not.”
The 報告（する）／憶測 will be 開始する，打ち上げるd at the Houses of 議会 on Wednesday.
Chairwoman of the 国家の 田舎の 罪，犯罪 網状組織 Julia Mulligan said: “This 報告（する）／憶測 is （疑いを）晴らす ? 国内の 乱用 is hidden under our noses, hidden by abusers who like to keep it that way and on a 規模 of 乱用 hitherto unseen.
“All parties with a 義務 to help 犠牲者s; the police, support services, charities, Police and 罪，犯罪 Commissioners, health services, and many others, need to understand that we have 行方不明になるd this. We have let 犠牲者s and 生存者s 負かす／撃墜する.
“We have collectively failed. We need to put that 権利. And for all of that, let me be the first to apologise to those we have failed.”
The 報告（する）／憶測 含むs 2016 罪，犯罪 data from 11 軍隊s analysed by Dyfed Powys police which 設立する that 9.23 国内の 乱用 offences per 1,000 people were 報告（する）／憶測d in 田舎の areas compared to 17.92 in cities and towns.
The 報告（する）／憶測 authors （人命などを）奪う，主張する that the 率s should be a 類似の number, and that the difference is because より小数の 犠牲者s in 田舎の areas 接触する police.
Data from the 2017 罪，犯罪 調査する for England and むちの跡s, based on 犠牲者s’ experi ences rather than police 人物／姿／数字s, showed that 率s were 類似の for 都市の and 田舎の areas.
A Home Office 広報担当者 said: “国内の 乱用 is a horrendous 罪，犯罪 that we are committed to 取り組むing.
“We 輪郭（を描く）d that かかわり合い on Tuesday by introducing the 目印 国内の 乱用 法案 in 議会.
“Whether it takes place in our 田舎の communities or cities, we are supporting 長，指導者 constables and police and 罪，犯罪 commissioners so they can （軍隊を）展開する，配備する 資源s as they best see fit to 取り組む 罪，犯罪, 含むing 国内の 乱用.
“The new 国内の 乱用 commissioner will play an important 役割 in 監視するing the 準備／条項 of services for 犠牲者s of 国内の 乱用, 含むing those in 田舎の communities.”
