Taliban 拒絶する talk of direct 交渉s with Afghan 政府
An Afghan 公式の／役人 said on Sunday that the 政府 would 持つ／拘留する its first-ever direct 会談 with the Taliban within two weeks, but the 謀反のs quickly 否定するd any such 会合 was planned and 繰り返し言うd their 対立 to 交渉するing with 政府 代表者／国会議員s in their 公式の／役人 capacity.
The Taliban have been 持つ／拘留するing peace 会談 with the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs for nearly a year but have 辞退するd to recognise the Kabul 政府, 見解（をとる）ing it as an American puppet.
Abdul Salam Rahimi, Afghanistan’s 明言する／公表する 大臣 for peace 事件／事情／状勢s, said a 15-member 政府 代表 would 会合，会う the Taliban in Europe, but did not (a)手の込んだ／(v)詳述する.

Taliban 広報担当者 Zabihullah Mujahid said: “There has been no 協定 on such a 会合 and that has not been co-ordinated with Taliban.”
He said that once the 謀反のs reach an 協定 with the US, they would be open to intra-Afghan 会談, but any 政府 代表者／国会議員s would have to 参加する in a personal capacity.
US （外交）使節／代表 Zalmay Khal ilzad, who is 現在／一般に visiting the 資本／首都, Kabul, appeared to 株 that position.
He tweeted that another 一連の会議、交渉／完成する of “intra-Afghan” 会談 would occur “after we 結論する our own 協定s”.

大統領 Ashraf Ghani is 捜し出すing a second 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 on 約束s of ending the 18-year war but has been 大部分は sidelined over the past year as the US has 交渉するd 直接／まっすぐに with the Taliban.
