Man filmed cycling through flood as rain 原因（となる）s travel problems in Edinburgh
A man was spotted cycling through a flood after 強い雨 原因（となる）d travel problems across Edinburgh and the east of Scotland.
The ビデオ was taken at a roundabout 近づく the city’s airport, just off Eastfield Road, and showed the flood water leaving 乗り物s on the road 部分的に／不公平に 潜水するd.
Just after 8pm, the airport’s Twitter account advised people to check their travel 選択s, 追加するing that Lothian Buses could only stop on Glasgow Road because of the 条件s.

ScotRail later tweeted foot age of 条件s inside the Winchburgh Tunnel after “a 大規模な 量 of rain”.
