¡ÈThe À¯ÉÜ ¸¢Íø now doesn¡Çt listen to the people, and the police are too violent,¡É said Bobby Tse, a retiree who watched the ¥×¥í¤Î¡¿»¿À®¤Î-Ëͼç¼çµÁ march from a ¶¶¡ÊÅϤ·¤ò¤¹¤ë¡Ë.

Driver Leo Chen said he ¡Ä¤Ë½ÐÀʤ¹¤ëd because he wants peace in his city.

Earlier on Saturday, thousands of schoolteachers marched to the ¸ø¼°¤Î¡¿Ìò¿Í ½»µï of Hong Kong¡Çs leader, Carrie Lam, to show support for the ¹³µÄ¤¹¤ë¿Ís, who ´Þ¤à many students.

The Hong Kong police, however, have said they are ͭǽ¤Ê of °·¤¦ing the ¹³µÄ¤¹¤ës.
