UEFA must show 無 寛容 to 人種差別主義者 乱用 - FA chairman Greg Clarke

UEFA must show “無 寛容” to the 人種差別主義者 乱用 which marred England’s Euro 2020 qualifier against Bulgaria in Sofia, Football 協会 chairman Greg Clarke has said.

人種差別主義者 詠唱するing was directed に向かって England’s 黒人/ボイコット players and the team dugout throughout the match, while some 支持者s in home sections of the ground were seen making Nazi salutes.

Bulgaria were playing the game in a 部分的に/不公平に-の近くにd stadium because of previous 許可/制裁s for 人種差別主義 and Clarke said everyone in football had to take a 堅い 姿勢 on the 問題/発行する.

“I would like to see a very stringent review by UEFA because I know they take 人種差別主義 very 本気で,” he told ITV Sport.

“If we say ‘we’ve got 無 寛容 for 人種差別主義’, one person making monkey 詠唱するing noises is the same as 100 ? 無 寛容 is 無 寛容.

“At UEFA we need to 演説(する)/住所 that, but to be perfectly frank we also need to 演説(する)/住所 人種差別主義 in England. We still have it, we have it throughout the pyramid. We shouldn’t take the moral high ground , we should join a movement to 運動 人種差別主義 out of our game and have 無 寛容.

“UEFA are going to have to think very carefully about the level of 乱用 they’re 用意が出来ている to let players 許容する and they’re going to have to decide who they are going to make an example of one day, but that’s after a 徹底的な examination of the facts.”

The 乱用 was 報告(する)/憶測d to Croatian 審判(をする) Ivan Bebek who called for step one of the UEFA anti-人種差別主義 議定書 ? a stadium 告示 calling for the 乱用 to stop ? to be 制定するd in the 28th minute.

However, it continued and there was a second 延期する の近くに to half-time, when it appeared a group of 支持者s in the home section left the stadium. It is understood that this 延期する did not 構成する the second step of the 議定書 ? taking the players off the pitch 一時的に.

The third and final step of the 議定書 is for the 審判(をする) to abandon the game.

Clarke 賞賛するd the 役割 England 経営者/支配人 Gareth Southgate played in the evening and said that the FA now had trained 安全 staff taking 証言,証人/目撃する 声明s.

It is understood UEFA will を待つ the 報告(する)/憶測s of the 審判(をする) and other 観察者/傍聴者s inside the stadium before making any 決定/判定勝ち(する)s on any 許可/制裁s that should follow from the night.

Anti-人種差別主義 group Kick It Out 主張するs 厳しい 罰s must be 手渡すd out and said it was “容認できない” that the last two steps of the 議定書 were not carried out.

“We are sickened by the disgusting 人種差別主義者 乱用 directed at England men’s team tonight by Bulgaria 支持者s ? 含むing TV (映画の)フィート数 which appeared to show Nazi salutes and monkey noises,” its 声明 read.

“We applaud Gareth Southgate, his staff and players for the 活動/戦闘s taken in 報告(する)/憶測ing the abhorrent 乱用, and 申し込む/申し出 our 十分な support to the entire squad, their families and anyone 影響する/感情d by those appalling scenes.

“We are encouraged that the 議定書 was 最初 施行するd by the match 公式の/役人s, but UEFA must explain why players weren’t sent to the dressing room during Step Two, as is 明確に 明言する/公表するd in the 支配するs.

“TV (映画の)フィート数 also 明確に shows that 人種差別主義者 乱用 continued in the second half, so it is 容認できない that Step Three was not 施行するd. This match should have been abandoned by the 公式の/役人s.

“It’s now time for UEFA to step up and show some leadership. For far too long, they have 終始一貫して failed to take 効果的な 活動/戦闘. The fact Bulgaria are already hosting this game with a 部分的な/不平等な stadium 終結 for 人種差別主義者 乱用 shows that UEFA’s 許可/制裁s are not fit for 目的.

“There can be no more pitiful 罰金s or short stadium 禁止(する)s. If UEFA care at all about 取り組むing 差別 ? and if the Equal Game (選挙などの)運動をする means anything ? then points deductions and tournament 追放 must follow.”

ITV pundit Ian Wright welcomed the 集団の/共同の 活動/戦闘 taken under the 議定書, calling it “a 広大な/多数の/重要な day” in the fight against 人種差別主義.

He said: “It’s a terrible day for the Bulgarian people and how they have been 代表するd, (but) it’s a 広大な/多数の/重要な day in 尊敬(する)・点 of trying to 取り組む 人種差別主義.

“We can see over in that stand with those (anti-人種差別主義) 旗,新聞一面トップの大見出し/大々的に報道するs, they mean nothing. What we’re seeing is a 始める,決める of fans who do not care and need educating.

“As a 黒人/ボイコット player, we’ve heard it for many years about walking off (in the event of 人種差別主義者 乱用).

“But you do need your white players to do that for you, so you can go off together. When that can happen, when you can see how powerful that is, that will do something.”

The 大統領,/社長 of the Bulgarian Football Union, Borislav Mihaylov, had been 批判的な of comments made by England in the build-up, 示唆するing talk of the 可能性のある for 人種差別主義者 乱用 was “不正な branding” of Bulgaria and its 支持者s.
