Lorry driver 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d over 39 migrant deaths
A lorry driver has been 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with 殺人，大当り 39 migrants who were 設立する dead in a trailer in Essex.
Maurice Robinson, 25, who is known as Mo, is 予定 to appear at Chelmsford 治安判事s’ 法廷，裁判所 on Monday.
He was 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with 39 counts of 過失致死, 共謀 to traffic people, 共謀 to 補助装置 unlawful 移民／移住 and money laundering on Saturday.
Robinson, who is from Northern Ireland, was 逮捕（する）d すぐに after the 団体／死体s of eight women and 31 men were 設立する in the refrigerated trailer 大（公）使館員d to his Scania cab in an 産業の park in Grays in the 早期に hours of Wednesday.

Gardai said the man, who is in his 早期に 20s and from Northern Ireland, was held over an 関係のない 優れた 法廷，裁判所 order.
He is understood to be sought by Essex Police as part of their 調査（する）, and the 軍隊 確認するd officers are in touch with Irish police.
Three other people 逮捕（する）d over the deaths remain in 保護／拘留.

A 48-year-old man, from Northern Ireland, was 拘留するd at Stansted Airport on Friday on 疑惑 of 共謀 to traffic people and 過失致死.
Officers had earlier 逮捕（する）d a couple 指名するd 地元で as haulage boss Thomas Maher and his wife Joanna, both 38, in Warrington, where they have a four-bedroom home.
The pair, 初めは from southern Ireland, were held on 疑惑 of 39 counts of 過失致死 and people trafficking.
In Belgium, police are 追跡（する）ing the driver who 配達するd the trailer to Zeebrugge, the port it left before arriving in the UK.

Police said each of the 犠牲者s appears to have some 肉親，親類d of 捕らえる、獲得する, 着せる／賦与するs and other 所持品.
More than 500 展示（する）s have been collected, 含むing 動きやすい phones, which will be downloaded and interrogated for any messages that could give 手がかり（を与える）s to the 身元 of the 犠牲者s or how they （機の）カム to be in the 支援する of the trailer.
The BBC said it has been in 接触する with six Vietnamese families who 恐れる their 親族s are の中で the dead, with some having the 密輸するing 料金s repaid.
親族s of 26-year-old Pham Tra My told the 放送者 they have not been able to 接触する her since she sent a text on Tuesday night 説 she was 窒息させるing.
“I am really, really sorry, Mum and Dad, my trip to a foreign land has failed,” she wrote.
“I am dying, I can’t breathe. I love you very much Mum and Dad. I am sorry, Mother.”
Her family said they had paid £30,000 for her to be 密輸するd into Britain, which has now been repaid.
The woman’s father, Pham 先頭 Thin, told CNN: “The smugglers said that this was a … 安全な 大勝する, that people would go by aeroplane, car… if I had known she would go by this 大勝する, I would not have let her go.”
In Vietnam, Nguyen Dinh Gia, the father of 20-year-old Nguyen Dinh Luong, 恐れるd his son was の中で the コンテナ 犠牲者s.
He had not spoken to his son since last week when he told his father he was trying to reach the UK by joining a group in Paris.

“I tol d him that he could go to anywhere he wants as long as it’s 安全な. He shouldn’t worry about money, I’ll take care of it.”
It is not yet known when the 犠牲者s entered the trailer, where 気温s can be as low as minus 25C if the fridge is 活動させる／戦時編成するd, or the exact 大勝する it travelled.
ベルギー 公式の／役人s said the trailer arrived at Zeebrugge at 2.49pm on Tuesday and left the port the same day en 大勝する to Purfleet.
The trailer arrived at Purfleet at around 12.30am on Wednesday, and was 選ぶd up by the cab, known as the tractor, which arrived from Northern Ireland 経由で Holyhead in North むちの跡s on Sunday.
The lorry left the port at Purfleet すぐに after 1.05am before police were called to the Waterglade 産業の Park on Eastern Avenue in Grays at 1.40am.
