Habitual tea drinking `linked to longer life´
Drinking tea at least three times a week could be linked with a longer and healthier life, scientists say.

The 研究 示唆するs a 50-year-old habitual tea drinker would develop coronary heart 病気 and 一打/打撃 1.41 years later, and live 1.26 years, longer than someone who never or seldom drank tea.
Compared with never or 非,不,無-habitual tea drinkers, habitual tea 消費者s had a 20% lower 危険 of 出来事/事件 heart 病気 and 一打/打撃, and a 22% lower 危険 of 致命的な heart 病気 and 一打/打撃.
They also had a 15% 減少(する)d 危険 of all-原因(となる) death, the 熟考する/考慮する 示唆するs.
First author Dr Xinyan Wang, of the Chinese 学院 of 医療の Science in Beijing, said: “Habitual tea 消費 is associated with lower 危険s of cardiovascular 病気 and all-原因(となる) death.
“The favourable he alth 影響s are the most 強健な for green tea and for long-称する,呼ぶ/期間/用語 habitual tea drinkers.”
研究員s analysed the 可能性のある 影響(力) of changes in tea drinking behaviour in a subset of 14,081 関係者s with 査定/評価s at two time points.
The 普通の/平均(する) duration between the two 調査するs was 8.2 years, and the median follow-up after the second 調査する was 5.3 years.
Habitual drinkers who 持続するd their habit in both 調査するs had a 39% lower 危険 of 出来事/事件 heart 病気 and 一打/打撃, 56% lower 危険 of 致命的な heart 病気 and 一打/打撃, and 29% 減少(する)d 危険 of all-原因(となる) death compared to 一貫した never or 非,不,無-habitual tea drinkers, the 熟考する/考慮する 示唆するs.
In a sub-分析 by tea type, drinking green tea was linked with around 25% lower 危険s for 出来事/事件 heart 病気 and 一打/打撃, 致命的な heart 病気 and 一打/打撃, and all-原因(となる) death.
However, no 重要な 協会s were 観察するd for 黒人/ボイコット tea.
Scientists 設立する 49% of habitual tea drinkers in the 熟考する/考慮する 消費するd green tea most frequently, while only 8% preferred 黒人/ボイコット tea.
